Research On The Application Of Music Narration In Dramatic Films

Music narration,as a method of film and television narration,plays an irreplaceable role in the development of film and television works.Music narration can play a role in the construction of narrative structure and character images in drama films,specifically manifested in deepening the theme,creating the plot,deepening the connotation of the screen,shaping narrative space,creating narrative time,shaping character images,and shaping character psychology.Integrating the application research of music narrative into the creation of film and television works to enrich the content of film and television works.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter elaborates on the research background and significance in the overall creation process;Chapter 2 analyzes some of the main theories and related concepts used in this study,such as music narrative theory and symbolic and repetitive narrative of music;The third chapter analyzes the application of music narrative to the construction of narrative structure;Chapter 4 analyzes the application of music narrative to the construction of character images and characters’ hearts;Chapter 5 provides a summary and outlook for the entire study.This study takes the application research of music narrative as the starting point,and discusses the application of music narrative in drama films by combining music narrative theory.Taking the graduation work "Care" as an example,it provides some practical reference for the application of music narrative.
