Research On The Integration And Development Of Cultural Resources In Hebei Province

In recent years,the province has actively promoted the protection and development of cultural resources,forming a unique cultural landscape with five major cultural contexts,namely Taihang Mountains,the Great Wall,Yanzhao,Jingji and Bohai Sea,as the core,it injected new vitality into the local social development.Although the integration and development of cultural resources has had a certain effect,there are still many problems in the face of the current People’s spiritual and cultural needs and the emergence of new technologies,if lacks the effective linkage mechanism,the innovation ability insufficiency and so on.On the basis of analyzing related concepts of cultural resources and cultural resources integration,this paper takes the cultural resources of Hebei Province as the research object and summarizes the positive results in the process of resource integration and development.Based on public governance theory and industrial cluster theory,this paper conducts SWOT analysis on the integrated development of cultural resources of Hebei Province through literature research,field investigation and other research methods.In-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Hebei Province cultural resources integration and development.It is found that there are some problems in the current integration of cultural resources,such as lack of overall strategic guidance,weak awareness of cultural resources,insufficient integration,and lack of relevant talents and concepts.In view of the above problems,the specific causes of the problems are analyzed.After analysis,the paper puts forward practical approaches from three dimensions of space,industry and management,promotes cross-regional cooperation through integration of space dimension,deepens regional characteristic industries and emerging industry forms through integration of industry dimension,and realizes integrated management through integration of management dimension.In addition,the integration and development process of cultural resources in Hebei Province is promoted by supporting measures such as platform guarantee,policy and regulation guarantee and multi-input guarantee.Through strengthening the sorting and sharing of cultural resources in Hebei Province,improving the utilization rate of resources,expanding brand influence,and realizing the optimal allocation and integration of cultural resources.
