Research On Naval Education In Guangdong During The Period Of The Republic Of China(1912-1946)

The naval education in modern China started in the late Qing Dynasty,and it was due to the instability and disorder of the political situation.The naval education in different places had different development history and characteristics,which also continued to the Period of the Republic of China,forming a unique development history of naval education in the Republic of China.During the period of the Republic of China,the naval education in Guangdong took the lead due to the solid foundation of the development in the late Qing Dynasty and the ability of naval management talents.With the deepening and comprehensive development,it has gradually formed a system of naval officers,soldiers and overseas education,and cultivated a number of military talents with high naval military literacy and certain naval military skills for the Local navy of Guangdong and the central Navy,which played a significant role in the naval war of resistance in the future.However,due to the conflicts between factions and the limitations of The Times,there are also many problems in the naval education in Guangdong,which restrict its development and innovation to a certain extent.After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,some problems in the education development of Guangdong Navy were manifested in the battle,and some defects in the education development were exposed in the battle.In the past academic studies,we have studied the evolution and characteristics of naval education in various regions during the Period of the Republic of China,but not much on the naval education in Guangdong.And most of the relevant studies are limited to the plain narration,lack of specific analysis of its internal causes.Based on historical data mining,a detailed analysis and comparison research,from the perspectives of different subjects such as military,education and history be examined,and then try to grasp and explore to its evolution and characteristics,so as to further promote education during the period of the Republic of China guangdong region navy off the deepening of the research,observation can also be of education during the period of the Republic of China navy.
