| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has implemented the strategy of strengthening the country through culture and has made remarkable achievements in promoting Chinese culture to go global.With the implementation of a series of measures for Chinese culture to go global,the attention and recognition of Chinese culture in all countries in the world have been continuously improved,and the international influence of Chinese culture has been significantly improved.This shows that the influence of the state depends on both the hard power of economic construction and the soft power of core values and culture.Promoting Chinese culture to go global and strengthening exchanges and mutual learning among world civilizations is an urgent need for building a strong country and national rejuvenation,as well as for prospering Chinese culture in the new era.Therefore,under the macro background of the "two overall situations" in the new era,how to build a theoretical foundation and practical driving force for promoting Chinese culture to go global is still a major theoretical and practical issue worthy of further study.Based on the above thinking,this paper puts forward the topic of "Promoting the Study of Chinese Culture Going Global from the Perspective of Marxist Communication Theory",trying to inject new ideological resources into promoting Chinese culture going out in the new era from the perspective of Marxist communication theory,thus fully demonstrating the vitality and practical tension of the times of the basic theory of Marxism.In order to explore the theme of this research in depth,this paper is divided into an introduction and four chapters for specific discussion.In the introduction part,the background and significance of this topic are briefly introduced,the research situation at home and abroad is summarized,and the basic concepts such as "communication" and "Chinese culture" are defined.The first chapter sorts out the basic contents of Marxist exchange theory and Chinese culture going global,and expounds the practical significance of Marxist exchange theory in promoting world cultural exchanges.Firstly,the specific expositions of classic writers in different historical periods on the theory of Marxist exchanges are clarified,such as the important proposition of Marx and Engels on the transformation of history into world history,Lenin’s proposal to build a "common international culture of all nationalities",and the view that successive generations of party and state leaders in China have always adhered to exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.Secondly,it analyzes the meaning of Chinese culture going out,defines the cultural content of going out,and summarizes the historical experience of different cultures such as the United States,France,and South Korea going out.Finally,from the aspects of theoretical basis,value follow-up and analysis framework,the contemporary value of Marxist communication theory in promoting world cultural exchanges is pointed out.The second chapter expounds the intrinsic relationship between Marxist communication theory and Chinese culture going global at different levels,and strives to construct the relationship between theory and practice and the internal logic of mutual confirmation.First,the Marxist theory of communication reveals the historical reality of universal human exchanges;Second,Chinese culture going global should be driven by economic exchanges,the world market as the field,and civilizational exchanges as the basis,analyzes the unity,difference and regularity of international cultural exchanges in the process of universal exchanges,and confirms the rationality of Chinese culture going global.Third,Chinese culture going out is the characteristic practice of Marxist exchange theory in China,and "going out" is an important way of world cultural exchanges,which meets the needs of developing "world literature".The third chapter uses the explanatory framework of Marxist exchange theory to specifically analyze the historical necessity,objective opportunities,and crux of the Chinese culture going global,in order to better promote the Chinese culture to go global.Firstly,it is explained that Chinese culture going out is an intrinsic requirement for China’s cultural inheritance,development and innovation,secondly,it grasps the international and domestic trends and the historical opportunities of digital technology,and finally analyzes the current Chinese culture going out to solve practical challenges such as alienation of international exchanges,imbalance of communication relations,and lagging communication tools.Chapter 4,in accordance with the theoretical essence of Marxist exchange theory,positively responds to and answers the current practical challenges of Chinese culture going global,and puts forward the basic path to better promote Chinese culture going out in the new era.First,by enhancing cultural self-confidence,promoting cultural innovation,and condensing cultural content,we will seek cultural identity to overcome communication alienation;Second,to reshape the relationship by building a new order of international exchanges,shaping a new image of Chinese culture,and proposing new concepts for international exchanges;Third,through the use of talent cultivation,Chinese language promotion,and industry empowerment,we will expand the international influence of Chinese culture by expanding exchanges in various ways. |
