Biology curriculum resources were one of the important factors that affected teachers’ teaching,students’ learning and determined whether the curriculum objectives can be achieved effectively.Fujian red cultural resources were rich and had educational value.It was of great significance to stimulate students’ interest in learning biology and cultivated students’ feelings of Fujian red culture by introducing biology materials of middle school in Fujian Red culture.Therefore,thwas paper studied and dwascussed the mining and application of middle school biology materials in Fujian Red culture.Thwas paper was mainly based on the constructivwast learning theory and humanwastic theory,and the research content mainly included the following five aspects: First,the research background,current situation,purpose,significance and method of the topic.Second,it defined the relevant concepts of Fujian red culture.Thirdly,some students from middle schools in Fuzhou and Zhangzhou of Fujian Province were selected for questionnaire survey,and some middle school biology teachers were selected for interview survey,so as to understand the mining and application of middle school biology materials in Fujian red culture,as data support for subsequent practical teaching.Fourthly,consult a large number of books,papers and periodicals related to Fujian red culture,dig and classify the middle school biology materials in Fujian red culture,which were mainly divided into the deeds of Fujian red characters,red ballads,red spirit and red food,and gave implementation suggestions by way of examples.Fifth,the teaching practice was carried out with the biological materials of middle school in Fujian Red Culture,and differentiated teaching was implemented for experimental class and control class.The teaching situation was analyzed through the teaching evaluation questionnaire,and the results showed that: Through a semester of differentiated teaching,students in the experimental class and the control class had produced significant differences in the three dimensions of "learning interest","social responsibility" and "red culture inheritance".Through the teaching practice and the analyswas of the evaluation questionnaire results,the following two conclusions were drawn: first,it was feasible and of great significance to excavate the middle school biology materials in Fujian red culture and apply them to the middle school biology classroom;second,mining and applying the biology materials of middle school in Fujian Red culture played an important role in improving students’ enthusiasm in learning biology and inheriting and carrying forward Fujian Red culture.Through the mining and application of middle school biology materials in Fujian Red culture,this paper hopes to provide some references for enriching middle school biology teaching resources and inheriting Fujian red culture.
