Today,as teaching concepts become more and more up to date,there is an urgent need for a brand-new and efficient model to implement the teaching philosophy,and heterogeneous forms for the same subject is one of the most important models.Heterogeneity for the same subject refers to in-depth analysis of multiple classroom teachings of the same teacher,or analysis of the same classroom teaching and instructional design of different teachers,and observation of the teaching effect of these teachers,as well as the conclusion of the basic teaching behavior of classroom effectiveness teaching.Heterogeneity for the same subject can benefit people by learning from others strong points to offset one’s weakness,and achieve the purpose of common enhancement.At the same time,the classroom observation and after-school reflection models can be used to compare and analyze the classroom teaching,and then raise teachers’ consciousness on discussing and researching on the teaching method,and create a sensible atmosphere to improve the quality of classroom teaching.In the course of the new curriculum reform,many regions in China are exploring the application of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject model in teaching.However,there are still some problems in its application in middle school English teaching,such as the low participation of teachers,lack of evaluation and reflection sessions,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to develop effective strategies to promote the effective application of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject model in middle school English teaching.Based on the background mentioned above,this article takes the heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching model as the research object,takes a middle school in Yanshou County as the survey object,it investigates the current application of the teaching method in middle school English teaching.This article also proposes improvement solutions for the problems discovered.Experimental explorations were carried out to improve the effectiveness of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching model.The following conclusions were drawn: First,the problems existing in the application of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching method in middle school English teaching mainly include: schools do not pay enough attention,low participation from teachers’,disorganized implementation process,neglect of students’ needs in curriculum design,lack of evaluation links,weak reflection awareness,etc.Second,the author developed a strategy for the improvement of the heterogeneous teaching model,including: pay full attention to the heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching model and increase teachers’ participation in it;effectively use new information to optimize the implementation process;understand students’ needs in-depth and enhance teaching quality;supplement evaluation process and improve the evaluation system;reflect on consciousness,improve teaching methods,etc.Third,the implementation process of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching model is: planning and preparation-classroom implementation-evaluation and reflection.Fourth,through conducting experimental research on the improved homogeneous teaching model in middle school English teaching,the author found that this teaching method can improve the quality of English teaching,students under this teaching method has a higher academic score than those who are not.This article starts from the actual teaching practice,and develops t heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching strategy through investigation and experiment.It has certain practical significance for improving the quality of English teaching in middle school,for the professional development of teachers themselves,and for the improvement of students’ English performance.
