With the transformation of the world development pattern,human development is facing unprecedented changes in a century.However,the Russo Ukrainian War has worsened the world situation and exacerbated the unprecedented danger of the United States and the West launching a new Cold War in a comprehensive manner.In this complex and unpredictable international situation,reflecting on the practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind has very prominent practical significance.Building a shared weight for human destiny is a global consensus that emphasizes equality among countries,and pursues the realization of the "Chinese Dream" while seeking stability and sustainability in global development.This demonstrates China’s wisdom in addressing and solving various global problems.The article is divided into four chapters to discuss the Chinese wisdom and practice of a community with a shared future for mankind:The first chapter explains the historical background and basic connotation of the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind.It points out that the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation-the "Chinese Dream"-in the world situation of "unprecedented changes in a century" is the background of the era proposed by the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind,aiming to establish a global perspective of cooperation and win-win,green development,and a fair,reasonable,and inclusive view of international relations The concept of civilization that respects cultural diversity is the fundamental connotation of the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind.The second chapter analyzes the ideological source and fundamental foundation of the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind,and believes that the concept of "harmony" and the ideal of "great harmony" in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,as well as Marx’s concept of "category" and the idea of "real community" are the ideological source of the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind,the CPC’s ruling concept of "taking the people as the center" and the diplomatic principle of "friendly exchanges and peaceful coexistence",Jointly serving as the fundamental foundation of the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind.The third chapter clarifies the practical achievements and difficulties under the guidance of the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind,which shows that: on the one hand,the practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind has achieved results,which are embodied in the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road",the construction of ecological civilization to benefit the global ecological environment,the cause of poverty alleviation to help human common development,and the rich Chinese experience gained from it;On the other hand,the practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind also faces many difficulties,which are manifested in subjective hegemonic thinking,Cold War thinking,ideological differences,value differences,etc.,as well as objective social and economic system opposition,social and political system opposition,uneven economic development level,and military power.Chapter IV summarizes China’s wisdom in promoting the practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind: First,consolidate and strengthen the institutional platform for global cooperation on the "the Belt and Road"(for joint consultation,construction and sharing).Secondly,correctly handling relations with Western countries,including: cooperation for mutual benefit,resolutely opposing anti globalization behavior;Resist the global hegemonic system and establish a fair and reasonable new type of international relations;China neither "exports" the Chinese model nor "imports" the foreign model.Fourthly,we must adhere to green development and contribute to global ecological protection.China’s ecological governance plan is referenced from around the world.
