Research On The Moral Construction Of Netizens

With the continuous development of the Internet,people have channels to participate in social governance and express themselves through online platforms,and cyberspace has become a platform for popular information dissemination.However,in the context of the accelerated development of cyberspace,various problems in the moral governance of netizens are also emerging,and even have an impact on people’s real life.Through the examination of the current network environment,we can find that the factors that seriously affect the moral construction of netizens include: the unsound moral system in cyberspace,the endless emergence of cyber violence and negative comments on the Internet.The moral construction of netizens is different from the moral governance of real society.People use the Internet in all aspects of life,and cultural,social,historical and other factors in different regions together constitute the complexity of moral governance of netizens.Diversified construction methods have become the key to the moral construction of netizens.Youth,schools,families and society should participate together to build community-based governance ideas and improve the moral quality of netizens.For this reason,the author cuts in from the perspectives of network ethics regulations,netizens’ noble moral personality and cyberspace legal system construction,and seeks a path for the construction of netizens’ morality that suits my country’s national conditions.In terms of network ethics regulations,combined with the current situation of cyberspace development and the moral concepts of traditional Chinese culture,the network ethics code of "harmless autonomy,informed consent,benevolence and friendliness,integrity and harmony,self-discipline,prudence and independence,equality and justice" is proposed.It covers the protection of netizens’ personal information,the moral judgment of netizens’ words and deeds,the shaping of netizens’ moral awareness,and the improvement of moral awareness.Relying on the rules of network ethics,cultivate the noble moral personality of netizens,and form the network moral norms generally accepted by netizens by advocating the values that are commonly recognized by the people.Establish an incentive mechanism for moral practice to enhance the motivation of netizens to practice morality.With the collective noble moral cognition of netizens,realize the mobilization of netizens groups,and gradually cultivate a harmonious and benevolent network ecological environment.Like the real society,the law is a key link in the moral governance of netizens.Further improve cyberspace laws and regulations,increase the advanceness of cyber legislation,strengthen the training of cyber law enforcement forces,and prevent the spread of bad information.Organize characteristic online legal publicity work,change the previous thinking of legal publicity model.In the context of the country’s continuous emphasis on the importance of network construction,how to build a bridge of moral governance between the rapidly integrated and ever-changing cyberspace and the real society has become an urgent problem that we need to solve.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the State Council has issued documents such as "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Internet Civilization" and "Implementation Outline for the Construction of Civic Morality in the New Era",which show that the state attaches great importance to the construction of morality in cyberspace and has raised the construction of network morality to a new level.The moral construction of netizens is a supplement to the theory of moral culture in the new era.With the help of traditional Chinese virtues,it can improve the moral quality of netizens,in order to establish a good atmosphere in cyberspace and open up a new field of socialist network civilization.
