| Habermas theory of legitimacy crisis is the essence of the rule of capitalist countries crisis,legal crisis theory actually exists in all aspects of the society,such as economy,politics,culture,and in all the crisis,political crisis is the crux of the legal crisis,so the core of the legal crisis processing is how to transform of the citizen’s political crisis for political identity.After a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of capitalist society,Habermas inherited and developed the Marxist theory,and at the same time reflected husserl’s "life world" theory.Through the analysis of citizens’ communication behaviors,Habermas paid attention to the convergence of individual value orientation and tended to eventually form a common code of conduct in the communication.Habermas discuss "principles" is put forward for the first time as a way to solve,emphasized on the basis of negotiations,as the civil liberties to express personal will provide a fair and neutral public platform,and hope that through the result of conversation language to achieve mutual understanding,to solve the legal crisis of capitalism.However,the principle of negotiation is also faced with a series of problems in practice,such as difficulty in ensuring objectivity,neutrality and deviation from the democratic nature of negotiation.Therefore,the solution to Habermas’ s legalized crisis still needs further discussion.But there is no doubt that the legalization crisis theory has practical implications for China’s social reform.Based on an in-depth analysis of it,since the crisis is mainly focused on the economy,politics and culture,domestic reform also needs to pay attention to the rationality of economic reform,political reform and cultural reform. |
