Research And Application Of Klimt’s Painting Language Characteristics

This paper mainly studies the decorative and symbolic characteristics of Klimt’s painting language.The first part of the paper analyzes the causes of Klimt’s painting language,the change of his style and the significance of The Times and the artistic value of the transformation of the painting field from the factors of family environment,art nouveau movement and foreign culture.The second part focuses on the analysis of decorative and symbolic expression and artistic influence from the aspects of composition,color,modeling,materials,symbols,female schema and so on.The third part,drawing on its painting language features,uses the ancient Shu culture in Sanxingdui and Jinsha site unearthed cultural relics of the graphics to create,to express the inner feelings.Through the study of Klimt’s unique painting language,drawing on its techniques to express the decorative and symbolic nature of painting,combining with the cultural relic symbols of ancient Shu in China to create,reflecting the artistic and aesthetic value of cultural relics,and expanding the expression form and space of creation.
