| Listening teaching is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.An efficient listening class can help learners improve their listening ability.Listening to and telling stories in teaching has always been a way of interest,which can make the original boring content statement lively and interesting,thereby stimulating the learner’s interest in learning.In order to improve the tedious phenomenon in the listening class of Chinese as a foreign language and improve the listening level of students,the author tries to apply the narrative teaching method to the listening class of primary Chinese,that is,to select listening topics close to the students’ life,and to connect listening words into stories similar to the text,hoping to improve the students’ Chinese listening level.In listening teaching,The author taken the language students of the internship unit as the research object,through classroom observation,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to understand the basic situation of students’ listening.After teaching practice,the author conducts new words,long dialogues,short essay tests,and midterm and final examinations for students.Through the analysis of students’ scores,so as to analyze the teaching effect of narrative teaching method.According to the analysis results of the questionnaire survey,53% of the students believe that narrative teaching method is helpful for memorizing new words,and more than half of the students believe that this method can improve their participation in the listening class.With the narrative teaching method,the students’ three vocabulary tests have been steadily improved.Compared with the mid-term results,the students’ long dialogue scores have been improved.Through the analysis of the above research results,we can know that this method can improve students’ participation in the classroom,strengthen students’ vocabulary memory,improve students’ ability to understand long dialogues and short texts,improve students’ listening scores,and finally make students interested in listening classes.Although this method has some shortcomings in the teaching practice,it can still provide some new teaching ideas for novice teachers teaching Chinese listening as a foreign language. |
