Purpose:The professional scale was used to test the degree of job burnout and the status of positive and negative emotions of sales personnel in BD Water Treatment Company.By exploring the correlation between positive and negative emotions and job burnout of sales personnel in BD Water Treatment Company,we can provide a basis for choosing the direction of intervention training.The effectiveness of the intervention course of "positive emotions" provided by professional institutions is scientifically demonstrated by the methods of experiment,interview and data analysis.Method:The sales staffs of BD Water systems Company were investigated by job burnout test and positive and negative emotion scale.The obtained data were analyzed for correlation.The subjects with job burnout were divided into equidistant groups,in which the experimental group was given "positive emotions" intervention,and the other group was not given any intervention.After the training intervention,the two scales were retested to obtain relevant data for comparative analysis.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of data,including Pearson correlation analysis and t-test.In order to obtain more information,this experiment conducted case interviews with patients with severe job burnout before and after the intervention.Result:(1)The job burnout of BD salesmen was negatively correlated with positive emotions and positively correlated with negative emotions;(2)In the pre-test of the two scales,there was no significant difference in the data of each dimension between the observation group and the intervention group.(p<0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in all dimensions between the pre and post tests of the observation group.;(4)There were significant differences in each dimension between the pre and post test in the intervention group.(all p<0.05);Conclusion:(1)There is a correlation between job burnout and positive and negative emotions of sales personnel in BD water treatment industry;Among them,positive emotions are negatively correlated with job burnout,while negative emotions are positively correlated with job burnout.(2)The intervention training of "positive emotions" conducted by professional institutions is effective for the job burnout of sales personnel in BD Company. |
