At present,the main contradiction in society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced development.Under the influence of the development of Internet technology and the improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s spiritual and cultural consumption demand has been rapidly raised.How to promote the promotion of China’s traditional dim sum culture and the sustainable development of related industries under the new market orientation,and how to enrich consumers’ spiritual world and satisfy consumers’ inner needs in the emerging consumer market have become the new development direction of brands under the background of emerging consumption.Chinese baking brand image design in the context of new generation consumption Chinese baking is innovative in traditional Chinese pastries,which has a long history and culture.However,the changes of the main consumers in the consumer market have narrowed the consumption channels of traditional Chinese pastry and limited the consumption patterns.The rise of Chinese baking not only spreads the traditional Chinese pastry culture,but also drives the development of related industries.In addition,in order to cater to the consumption demand under the new generation consumption background,the Chinese baking has innovated its products,giving the traditional Chinese dim sum a new connotation of the times.Similarly,the design of brand image should adapt to the consumption demand and behavior characteristics of the new generation of consumer groups,and also help promote the traditional Chinese pastry culture.Taking the brand design of Chinese Bakery as an example,after a great deal of literature review and research,this paper deeply investigates the characteristics of the new generation of consumer groups,refers to the related materials of traditional Chinese cakes and Chinese Bakery,and takes the theory of brand and visual symbols as the theoretical basis to explore how to better infiltrate and spread Chinese traditional cake culture in Chinese Bakery brand,how to make Chinese Bakery brand be favored by the new generation of consumer groups,and puts forward the corresponding brand image design scheme.Through the design practice,it is hoped that we can summarize the rules,find common ground and breakthrough points,so as to promote the combination of traditional culture with industry and times,promote the spread of related cultures and the sustainable development of related industries,and provide reference and opinions for brand building and brand image design after the same type of traditional cultural industries.
