Research On The Relationship Among Self-esteem,Self-efficacy,Locus Of Control And Job Burnout Of Z Province Front-line Airport Employees | | Posted on:2023-04-29 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:F Yuan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2545307025451814 | Subject:Applied Psychology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this research,the front-line staffs in the airport of Z province are taken as the research objects.The literature and questionnaire methods are used to study the relationship between self-esteem,self-efficacy,locus of control and job burnout.Firstly,the literature method is adopted to make the collection and combing of the relevant research literature at home and abroad,as well as sort out the development process and status quo of the relationship between variables.Based on this,the research object,research hypothesis,research tools and research methods of this study are determined.Then,the questionnaire survey method is used to conduct the collection of data.The self-esteem,self-efficacy and locus of control assessment questionnaires are distributed and recovered among 450 airport front-line staffs.A total of 418 questionnaires are recovered,in which 395 questionnaires are valid.Thirdly,the professional statistical software SPSS 23.0 is used to carry out the analysis on the data,study the correlation between the scores of each questionnaire,and try to establish a regression equation and mediating effect analysis.Fourthly,the data analysis results and research assumptions are contrasted to conduct discussion and difference analysis.Finally,the corresponding suggestions are given for individuals and enterprises,so the possibility of alleviating the job burnout of airport front-line employees during the epidemic can be realized.The main conclusions are as follows.1.The good reliability and validity of the Self-esteem Scale,the General Self-efficacy Scale,the Internality Powerful Others and Chance Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory used in this research are embodied,so the requirements of psychometrics can be satisfied.2.The dimensions of emotional exhaustion,cynicism and reduced sense of achievement of job burnout can be significantly predicted by individual self-esteem.3.The dimensions of cynicism and reduced sense of achievement of job burnout can be significantly predicted by individual self-efficacy.4.Individual locus of control has significant correlation with the emotional exhaustion and reduced sense of achievement of job burnout.5.A mediating role is played by self-esteem in self-efficacy,locus of control and job burnout. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | airport, self-esteem, self-efficacy, locus of control, job burnout | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
