Reading payment is one of the important sources of profit for mobile reading apps.In recent years,with the development of internet application services,the touch rate of mobile reading has become increasingly high.At the same time,the mobile reading industry is experiencing rapid development,with many participants including not only leading groups in the reading field such as Zhangyue Technology and Yuewen Group,but also internet giants such as Baidu,Alibaba,Tencent,telecommunications operators,and e-commerce companies such as JD.com.However,with the rapid development,some problems have also been exposed,such as severe homogenization of content between apps,similarity in interface design forms,and lack of outstanding personalization,resulting in high willingness of users to pay for reading but low payment rates for mobile reading users.How to transform mobile reading "users" into "Customers,improving the payment rate of mobile reading apps is the primary problem facing app manufacturers at the moment.The Hooked model is a theoretical model for the design of Internet products suitable for non compulsory consumption,including four stages of trigger,action,variable reward and investment,to help enterprises build Internet products under the habitual dependence of users and fixed scenarios.This paper uses the Hooked model as a guide to study the improvement from the perspective of interaction design of mobile reading apps Method of user willingness to pay.First,it introduces the characteristics and problems of mobile reading APP,and analyzes the goal,design elements and feasibility of combining with the Hooked model of mobile reading APP to improve the willingness to pay for interaction design.It is clear that the service object of mobile reading APP to improve interaction design is manufacturers,and the research object is users’payment behavior.Secondly,through the qualitative research of user research,the factors related to interaction design that affect the payment behavior of mobile reading APP are excavated.Through the quantitative data of the questionnaire survey,the implementation elements of mobile reading APP payment intention improvement interaction design were obtained.Through competitive product analysis,the rationality of implementation elements of interaction design is further verified.Thirdly,based on the Hooked model,this paper proposes the interaction design strategy for mobile reading payment APP to improve the payment intention,which are respectively the trigger design that users are willing to participate in,the action design that users have no barriers,the design of variable rewards to improve the user experience,and the re trigger design after investment,and further gives the design elements and analysis included.Finally,taking the handheld technology iReader as an example,this paper verifies the interaction design strategy of mobile reading APP payment intention improvement based on the Hooked model.According to this strategy,the iReader was redesigned,and the interaction design strategy was verified by carrying out line operation A/B test to improve payment willingness.Through data comparison,the effectiveness of the strategy was verified.The research results can be applied to the interaction design practice of mobile reading application payment promotion.
