Research On Smart Speakers Design Based On The Security Needs Of Urban Young Women Living Alone

Women’s economic independence,improvement of education and social status make women break away from the traditional role of husband and children,and pursue economic and spiritual independence.They often choose to work hard in big cities and choose to live alone as a way of life.Living alone provides these women with more freedom and independent space,giving them more time and energy to explore their hearts,pursue their careers and develop their potential.However,due to the weak physical characteristics of women,richer emotions and negative media reports on living alone,women living alone will aggravate their sense of insecurity.Based on this background,the author first conducted theoretical research on several aspects of female groups living alone,intelligent design and intelligent audio.In terms of user research,the basic situation of women living alone was first investigated.The research methods included desktop surveys and questionnaire surveys,followed by semi-structured interviews to conduct in-depth and detailed research on the living conditions,security needs and corresponding influencing factors of women living alone,and the smart speakers.In terms of usage and other aspects,the user journey map is output to show the daily life of women living alone,and to sort out the pain points and opportunities of women living alone.The function points of the app are preliminarily obtained from the user research and the case of the smart audio app,and the category and priority of the function points are verified by the Kano questionnaire.Finally,carry out the design practice of smart audio app for young urban female groups living alone.First,analyze the design goals and design direction of the app,then carry out the preliminary practice of the plan,design the feasibility test plan and find the testees to test,and sort out the usability test after the end The usability problems and solutions exposed in the program are optimized.Based on the security needs of young urban women living alone,the design research and practice of smart audio provide a new perspective for the research of smart audio.As living alone becomes more common,the study of women living alone is not only of practical significance to women living alone,but also has positive impact and value on society.
