This article originates from the historical fact that Hashimoto kansetsu had close contact with the Shanghai painting circle.Since his first visit to China in 1913,Hashimoto kansetsu has visited China frequently.While being active in the Shanghai painting circle,he has developed a deep friendship with the Shanghai literati calligraphy and painting group represented by Wu Changshuo.In addition,the popularity and dissemination of the calligraphy and painting art of Qian Shoutie in the Japanese painting circle also benefited from the push and pull of Hashimoto kansetsu.Indeed,Hashimoto kansetsu has typical significance in the process of Sino-Japanese calligraphy and painting exchanges in the first half of the 20th century.In terms of painting and calligraphy creation,Hashimoto kansetsu,as one of the painters in the modernization stage of Japanese traditional painting,his exploration of the interest of literati brush and ink combines the "craftsmanship" of his teacher Seiho takeuchi and the pursuit of realism and light and shadow in the Western paintings of traditional Maruyama Sijouha.The frequent study tours in China in the 1920s and 1930s provided an important source of Hashimoto kansetsu’s artistic creation,and also profoundly shaped Hashimoto kansetsu’s view of art history.Therefore,this article will explore Hashimoto kansetsu’s choice of Chinese literati paintings through the changes of Hashimoto kansetsu’s painting style,from the development status of modern Japanese painting circles and Hashimoto kansetsu’s personal growth and life experience.Reference and re-creation.Then through the modern newspapers and periodicals and other text records,summarize the communication and interaction between Hashimoto kansetsu and Shanghai painting circle. |
