The study of international Chinese cross-cultural communication strategies based on corpus texts refers to the use of corpus tools and discourse analysis theory to quantitatively analyze self built corpus texts and explore their implications for international Chinese cross-cultural communication.The "YChina" periodically interviews 5 to 8 foreigners in China on the street to explore cultural differences between China and foreign countries,providing samples for studying cross-cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.This paper intercepts 95 videos published by the "Research Society for Deviations" on the video website bilibili from January 2017 to July 2022 as the language source,and manually collates the respondents’ private complaints into 61286 words of language text for natural language processing and discourse analysis.Exploring the confusion faced by learners of Chinese as a second language in learning Chinese and understanding Chinese culture,comparing languages and communication methods from different cultures,with the aim of providing inspiration for international Chinese language teaching and cross-cultural communication.This article discusses the theme,content,and communication strategy of the "YChina" from three aspects,which discusses how cross-cultural We-media "YChina" can help broaden people’s cultural perspectives,promote cross-cultural exchanges,and have reference value for international Chinese language education.Next,taking the self built corpus text as the research object,word frequency statistics,collocation analysis,and co-occurrence context description are conducted,and discourse analysis theory is used to interpret the language characteristics and social cultural factors of the text.High frequency words reveal respondents’ concerns about China;Through the analysis of the collocation of the node word "China",it can be seen that the left neighbor words "feel" "know" "discover" "like" and "think" are closely related to expressing opinions and emotions,so they are used more frequently;The right neighbor words "friend" "student" "Gong fu" "culture" and "tourist" express the interviewees impression of China.The context in which co-occurrence words appear is used to analyze the deep connotations related to the target word "China".After analysis,it was found that the top five words that co appear most frequently with "China" are "culture" "Gong fu" "red envelopes" "history" and "tourists" reflecting the parts of the respondents perception that are closely related to China.According to the corpus text,it can be seen that,most respondents believe that the pronunciation and writing of Chinese characters are the most difficult in language communication.At the level of nonverbal communication,people from different cultural backgrounds exhibit different characteristics in their values,communication methods,and etiquette and customs.Based on the previous analysis of the "YChina",summarize the inspiration for international Chinese language education.In teaching,students need to be guided to learn Chinese tones and strokes,update cross-cultural communication cases,and adapt teaching content to the development of the times.In the cross-cultural dissemination of international Chinese,it is necessary to deeply cultivate Chinese culture,innovate communication methods,and attach importance to folk power.Finally,the conclusion section provides a summary and explanation of the entire article,while also pointing out the shortcomings of this study.
