| Modern Chinese Verb-direction Construction consists of verb and trend verb,which is a frequently used construction in daily life.The complement contained in Verb-direction Construction is the key and difficult point in the process of Chinese learning for many foreign students.Since the Construction Grammar into China,the combination of Construction Grammar and Chinese has attracted the attention of many scholars.Verbdirection Construction is a complex family category system.Domestic studies on acquisition mainly focus on directional complement,but there are few studies on Verb-direction Construction as a whole.From the perspective of Construction Grammar,combined Lai Huiling’s research on the function and ambiguity of Verb-direction Construction with Fang Di’s research on the expansion effect of Verb-direction Construction,this research takes"V 回来" "V 上来" "V 下来" as test constructs to test the acquisition of Verb-direction Construction with different degrees of expansion.According to the acquisition results,the influence of external and internal extension degree of Verb-direction Construction on the acquisition effect is analyzed,and some suggestions for the teaching of Verb-direction Construction are put forward.Based on Construction Grammar,this paper considers Verb-direction Construction as a construction to investigate its acquisition.On the one hand,according to the research of Fang Di(201 8),Verb-direction Construction are classified into three stages:have no expansion stage,expansion to result meaning stage and expansion to time meaning stage.Common constructions are selected from each stage for adaptation.Then,according to Cao Hongyu(2021)’s empirical research of compound directional complement and verbs,have High correlation and commonly used constructions are selected to compiled into a test paper to investigate the acquisition of external and internal semantic extension degree of Verbdirection Construction.According to the analysis of test paper results,the research found that in the comparison of test results of different Verb-direction Construction,in terms of external expansion,compared with the questions of "V 回来",the accuracy rate of the questions of "V 上来" and "V 下来" is lower and the acquisition effect is worse;In terms of internal expansion,the accuracy of result meaning is lower than spatial displacement meaning,and the acquisition effect is worse when studying different construction meaning of "V 上来".The accuracy rate of spatial displacement meaning is the highest when studying different construction meaning of "V 下来",followed by the result meaning,and finally the temporal meaning.The results of the acquisition conform to the prototype category theory.The errors of students in this questionnaire test focused on two aspects:(1)The mixed use of "V 上来”and“V 下来”;(2)The misuse of“V 下来”as“V 起来”“V 回来”.Based on the above results,it is indicated that the external and internal semantic expansion of Verb-direction Construction will have an impact on students’ acquisition,and the similarity of construction features of Verb-direction Construction and the diversification of construction meanings are possible causes of bias.Finally,some teaching suggestions are proposed based on the Construction Grammar and questionnaire test results. |
