Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is one of the representatives of classical music during the European classical period and a well-known composer in the history of musical development.The Marriage of Figaro is one of Mozart’s most representative opera works.And the aria "Where Have You Gone,Good Times",as one of the classic singings in this opera,is deeply loved by soprano people.This article will analyze and elaborate the aria "Where Did You Go,Good Times" from four parts in a way that combines theory with practice:(1)An overview of the aria "Where Did You Go,Good Times",starting from the background and character image of the opera,interpreting the tone of the aria in the entire opera,and leading to the analysis of the work;(2)the musical analysis of the aria "Where Have You Gone,Good Times",which unfolds the composition structure and accompaniment texture analysis of the work from the theoretical level;(3)The musical image shaping of the countess in the aria "Where Have You Gone,Good Times",analyzing the musical image of the countess in the opera from the portrayal of lyrics and musical characteristics;(4)Analysis of the singing technique of the aria "Where Have You Gone,Good Times",on the basis of theoretical knowledge,discusses the singing skills of aria from three aspects: the correct grasp of language,the use of breathing skills,and the fit of emotion and music.Through the systematic musical analysis of Countess Rosina’s singing "Where Have You Gone,Good Times" in the opera,this article shows Mozart’s music creation style and the characteristics of the era of "freedom","equality" and "individual liberation" pursued by people during the Enlightenment period in which Mozart was at that time,and plays a role in learning from history;Through the study of music structure,key tonality,accompaniment texture,etc.,it provides a systematic and comprehensive theoretical basis for accurately locating the musical image of the countess in opera,and also gives us some singing ideas and references when singing works.
