| The inter-professional group occupies a certain proportion in MTCSOL and has certain special characteristics.Due to the significant differences between their professional knowledge foundation,professional thinking structure,and other aspects of non-inter-professional MTCSOL,which will affect their professional adaptability to some extent.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the professional adaptability of inter-professional MTCSOL and the factors influencing it in order to improve their professional adaptability.This study investigates the professional adaptability of inter-professional MTCSOL through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the professional adaptation performance of inter-professional MTCSOL in five dimensions: professional identity,professional learning motivation,professional learning behavior,professional learning ability,and professional self-efficacy,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the professional adaptability of inter-professional MTCSOL,and provide reference for universities to cultivate inter-professional MTCSOL.The study found that the professional adaptability of the inter-professional MTCSOL was moderately high,slightly lower than that of the non-inter-professional MTCSOL,and there was no statistically significant difference.In the analysis of the level of professional adaptation in each dimension of the inter-professional MTCSOL,the inter-professional MTCSOL was at a moderately high level in the four dimensions of professional identity,professional learning motivation,professional learning behavior,and professional self-efficacy,and at an average level in the dimension of professional learning ability.In the analysis of the variability of professional adaptation of inter-professional MTCSOL based on different variables,there were significant differences in the professional learning behavior dimension among inter-professional MTCSOL of different academic structure and different grades.In addition,the professional adaptability of the inter-professional MTCSOL is mainly influenced by four key factors: professional cognition degree,professional practice ability,professional development prospect,and employment prospect,and is also related to the curriculum,scientific research training,tutor guidance mode,teaching mode of lecturers,personal professional knowledge base and psychological quality.In order to effectively improve the professional adaptability of the inter-professional MTCSOL,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: the university should strengthen the targeted cultivation of inter-professional groups and enhance the attention and guidance to inter-professional groups;the lecturers should enhance the attention to inter-professional groups and the instructors should strengthen the personalized guidance to inter-professional groups;the students themselves should strengthen psychological adjustment,enhance professional identity,consolidate professional foundation,improve professional practical ability,focus on professional characteristics,and give play to inter-professional advantages.It is hoped that this study can play a certain reference role in improving the professional adaptability of the inter-professional MTCSOL,and also provide a reference basis for the cultivation of the inter-professional MTCSOL in universities. |
