Because the sports dance courses in the sports colleges in our country time is short,so in terms of teachers,reflects the lack of specialization,and relatively complete sports dance teachers professional quality standard system and evaluation methods,in order to promote the development of sports dance courses higher in the education system,cultivate high-quality sports dance comprehensive talents,so to perfect the sports dance teachers professional quality standards and evaluation method,and put forward teachers ’professional quality promotion strategy,for sports dance teachers’ professional quality development provide theoretical reference.This paper takes the professional quality evaluation method and the improvement strategy of college sports dance special teachers,Using the literature data method,the Delphi method,the case analysis method,the mathematical statistics method,the hierarchical analysis method and the logical analysis method,Based on the basic needs of sports dance teaching in colleges and universities,To construct the professional quality evaluation system of special teachers in universities,And use the hierarchical analysis method to analyze the weight of different professionalism,Based on the professional quality evaluation method of special teachers in sports dance,And apply it to the evaluation of physical education teachers’ professional quality,To find out the reasons for the professional quality of sports dance teachers,Based on this,the strategy of improving the professional quality of sports dance teachers is further proposed.Research results show that: 1.College sports dance special teachers ’professional quality evaluation system construction to follow the systematic principle,scientific principle and targeted principle of university sports dance special teachers’ professional quality evaluation mainly from the sports dance teachers ’professional spirit,sports dance teachers’ professional ability and sports dance teachers’ professional knowledge in three levels,In the specific evaluation index classification,The importance of quality evaluation of teachers ’professional cognition,teaching attitude and behavior,and students’ attitude and behavior is more prominent,Secondly,teaching ability,innovation ability,professional technology and theoretical knowledge of sports dance.2.The professional spirit evaluation of sports dance teachers is carried out from four aspects: teachers ’professional cognition,teaching attitude and behavior,their attitude and behavior towards students,and teachers’ cultivation.The recognition of the teacher profession,the professionalism and independence,and the teaching attitude and behavior,advanced teaching concept and teaching cooperation,the attitude and behavior,and the evaluation of culture,character,behavior,occupation and emotional control.3.The professional ability evaluation of sports dance teachers is carried out from five aspects: teaching ability,team-leading training ability,performance ability,choreography ability and innovation ability.The specific evaluation indicators of teaching ability include the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and design ability,explanation and demonstration,organization and management,error correction,and the writing ability of lesson preparation,etc.The specific evaluation indicators of team leader training ability include exchange and cooperation,competition experience,aesthetic appreciation,evaluation,organization and management of team leader,flexible response and training plan writing ability.Performance ability mainly from the action,emotion and theme thought of the expression as a specific evaluation index.Arrangement ability from action combination and competition routine creation the evaluation index.Innovation ability is evaluated from the teaching mode,scientific research,teaching method and teaching evaluation innovation,as well as lifelong learning ability.4.The evaluation of sports dance teachers’ professional knowledge is mainly carried out from five aspects:professional knowledge of education and teaching,sports dance professional technology,theoretical knowledge of physical education subjects,art theoretical knowledge and other professional knowledge.The specific scoring indexes of professional knowledge of education and teaching are two aspects: pedagogy and teaching psychology knowledge;basic technical knowledge,basic movement combination of sports dance,updating,basic skills of sports dance,and matching of sports dance partners.The specific scoring indicators of the theoretical knowledge of physical education are sports training,sports physiology,sports anatomy,sports biochemistry,sports biomechanics,sports medicine,sports psychology and many other aspects.The specific scoring indexes of art theory knowledge are dance theory and music theory knowledge,and other professional knowledge is mainly evaluated from modern information technology ability and English level.Through the conclusion:(1)the construction of the professional quality evaluation system of sports dance teachers in universities should follow the principles of systematic,scientific and targeted principles.(2)The evaluation of the professional quality of sports dance special teachers in high universities is mainly carried out from three levels: sports dance teachers’ professional spirit,professional ability of sports dance teachers and professional knowledge of sports dance teachers.(3)In the division of specific evaluation indicators,the importance of quality evaluation of teachers ’professional cognition,teaching attitude and behavior,and students’ attitude and behavior is more prominent,followed by teaching ability,innovation ability,sports dance professional technology and theoretical knowledge of sports dance discipline.
