| China has a rich variety of food with a long history.The Chinese people have never stopped their research on food.There are many contents about food production not only in their daily life,but also on TV and variety shows.These contents are spreading the food culture everywhere,showing the real "food" and sharing the real "charm".Through the study of several food documentaries,taking China on the tip of the tongue as an example,and briefly combined with the graduation work "food rhyme Inner Mongolia",this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the dissemination and development of Inner Mongolia food culture in documentaries.In the whole research process,the author analyzes the excavation and dissemination of minority Mongolian food culture in food culture documentaries from multiple angles and directions.Firstly,it briefly summarizes the current development of food culture documentaries,defines the reasons why food documentaries are recognized by the public,and lays a solid foundation for how to spread food culture in the next step;Secondly,it analyzes the elements with Inner Mongolia Regional Culture in the food culture documentary,and analyzes how to express the regional culture in the food culture documentary;Then it analyzes the original ethnic Mongolian food characteristics and the food culture landscape of Inner Mongolia,so that the audience can more intuitively understand how the food of ethnic minorities is presented in the food culture documentary.Thirdly,it puts forward the communication strategy of ethnic minority food culture in food culture documentary,and discusses it in detail from three aspects:content,channel and audience,hoping to better publicize the ethnic minority culture in Inner Mongolia food culture documentary.Finally,through analyzing the dissemination value of the delicacy culture documentary,we can arouse the audience’s cultural identity,pass on the minority culture and enhance ethnic self-confidence. |
