| In the new media environment, with the ever-increasing social interaction on the Internet and the ever-changing information on media platforms,a brand-new,fast,fragmented,and down-to-earth short video browsing mode quickly captures users’ attention, and the short, flat, and fast video mode also begins to spread to documentaries. In the field,micro-documentaries adapted to the development of the times have gradually become popular.Micro-documentaries are short in size and are assembled in series.Because of their moderate production cost, wide coverage, and various communication channels, they have gradually become an important communication paradigm for telling society and reflecting reality. In modern society, video creation tends to ignore the most critical emotional expression. As an artistic image carrier born in the era of new media,micro-documentaries should carry the sense of social responsibility to speak for the times and express individual stories. While conveying objectivity and recording the truth, the expression of emotional narrative is also particularly important. This thesis analyzes the expression of emotional narrative elements in micro-documentaries from the perspective of audio-visual symbols, and proposes countermeasures from three aspects of theme conception, character selection, and creative style for the deficiencies found in the analysis, and then studies the effect of micro-documentary emotional narrative.Content creation provides experience for reference. |
