Abstract/Summary:
The COVID-19 epidemic has forced international Chinese education,which was originally characterized by "interactive communication",to be transferred from offline to online.Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the comprehensive implementation of online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is an emergency move,but it has also expanded new ideas for the development of Chinese international education in the post-epidemic era.Online teaching for teachers and students has become the new normal of international Chinese education.This major change has put forward new requirements and challenges for Chinese international education.Therefore,this paper analyzes the online Chinese classroom recording corpus of Southwest University,and studies the online intermediate Chinese listening and speaking course of Southwest University from the perspective of discourse negotiation and interaction between teachers and students.This paper analyzes the characteristics of teacher-student negotiation in online intermediate Chinese listening and speaking courses of Southwest University from the aspects of negotiation type,initiator,initiation method and feedback method.The study found that compared with the offline Chinese classroom,the continuous speaking of the middle-level Chinese listening and speaking teachers in the online teaching decreased,and the continuous speaking of the students increased.According to the statistical results,it can be seen that the students have more opportunities to trigger a certain utterance alone.At the same time,this study also found that there are some deficiencies in the online intermediate Chinese listening and speaking teaching process,mainly manifested in the single online Chinese classroom activities,the increase of students’ continuous speech,but the overall number of trigger and continuous speech is still small,teachers The form of discourse feedback is also very simple.According to these characteristics,the author puts forward some targeted teaching suggestions to improve the teaching effect of online Chinese listening and speaking courses.It is recommended that teachers apply a variety of information methods to stimulate learners’ interest in active learning;teachers are advised to make adequate preparations before class so as to flexibly deal with network problems;Improve the quality of interaction;it is recommended to balance the control of teachers and students’ discourse and increase the language output of students;teachers should also pay attention to the use of negotiation language and improve the skills of language negotiation and interaction.
