Study On The Centralized Resettlement Willings Of Villagers Under The Background Of Ancient Village Protection

In recent years,many ancient villages in Hainan Province have disappeared;this phenomenon caused the state to pay attention to the protection of traditional ancient villages.Baoping Village,a famous traditional culture village in Hainan,has ancient historical buildings.The ancient residential houses of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are of exceptionally high historical value.The ancient houses of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are not only the historical and cultural carrier of Baoping Village but also the living environment that the villagers rely on for survival.While protecting the ancient houses of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,how to settle the residents in the ancient villages has become a complex problem for the protection of ancient villages.The process of centralized resettlement is slow because of the villagers’ weak willingness.Based on the villagers’ willingness,this paper studies the actual situation of the local villagers by using questionnaire and interview method and puts forward a scientific plan of centralized resettlement,which can effectively protect the ancient residential houses and improve the willingness of villagers to resettle.Strive to contribute ideas and strategies for the protection and centralized resettlement of Baoping ancient village.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research content,and research methods,and summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign literature;The second part discusses the related theories and basic concepts,including organic renewal theory,sustainable development theory,willingness behavior theory,the basic concepts of this paper including Ancient Village,Ancient Village Protection,The Willingness of Resettlement;The third part is the brief introduction of Baoping Village,writing a general situation of Baoping Village,the characteristics of Baoping Village analysis;The fourth part is the living situation and resettlement plan,introducing the current living situation of the villagers in dangerous houses and the centralized resettlement plan put forward by the government;The fifth part is the investigation of the situation of the villagers’ resettlement willingness.It analyzes the reasons and summarizes the subjective and objective factors for villagers’ reluctance to resettlement.The sixth part is to improve the villagers’ resettlement willingness countermeasures,for the villagers do not want to resettle the relevant reasons,put forward relevant measures,the use of scientific resettlement program and promote the economic development of villagers,in order to improve villagers concentration resettlement willingness.The study’s main conclusions:(1)The ancient village protection of Baoping village has the significance of the times,and the protection of ancient houses in the Ming and Qing Dynasties is significant.Besides repairing and protecting old houses,it also faced with how to solve the problem of villagers’ resettlement;(2)Subjective factors and practical factors caused the dangerous residents not to want to focus on resettlement results.Subjective factors were occupation,age,and family.The realistic factors are the change in the mode of production,the increase in the cost of living,the inconvenience of future generations,and the pressure of employment.These two factors intuitively display the inner uneasiness of the residents of dangerous houses and the uncertainty of the future.(3)Put forward the corresponding measures to solve the conflict of the residents’ intention to resettle in the dangerous houses in Baoping village,encourage the villagers to participate in decision-making,and spontaneously carry out the ancient village’s protection.Follow the bottom-up decision-making principles,and pay attention to the villagers’ subjective consciousness to achieve a win-win situation.(4)Scientific resettlement and economic interest attraction are needed to improve villagers’ resettlement willingness.Specific measures for the construction of scientific and personalized housing employ the villagers.
