the growing of information technology.The novel website based on network technology is increasingly sought after by the majority of readers.Information and network technology has been accelerating at an unprecedented speed and scale,which brings the popularity of flexible employment,among which the writers of novel website is a typical type of work that relies on flexible employment.There is no labor contract between the company and the writers and no labor relationship in the legal.Flexible employment is adopted to complete the delivery of labor and products.Although flexible employment
