As the economic and cultural exchanges between China and Thailand become more and more close,Thailand has paid more and more attention to its people’s Chinese learning,It is very important to study the learning of Chinese as a second language.At present,although the research on learning strategies of Chinese as a second language at home and abroad has achieved good results,there are few studies on learners’ phonetic learning strategies in non target language environment,and the analysis of relevant influencing factors is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,The article is based on the author’s teaching practice in Thailand and the theory of second language learning strategies,taking Thai primary Chinese learners as an example,this paper uses questionnaires and other methods to count and analyze the current situation of their use of phonetic learning strategies,and find out the main factors affecting the choice of strategies,The research shows that learners’ gender and Chinese background have an impact on the choice of learning strategies,but it is not significant.Learning motivation and learning style will have a significant impact on the choice of learning strategies.At the same time,teachers’ experience and teaching methods,school teaching tasks and learning environment will have an impact on learners’ learning strategy choice.This study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,Firstly,it expounds the background of the topic and analyzes the significance of studying the phonetic learning strategies of Thai primary Chinese learners.Secondly,collect and integrate relevant theories and materials at home and abroad,and discuss in detail the research status of learning strategies and phonetic learning strategies in various countries at this stage.Finally,it introduces the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of learning strategies,expounds the definitions and classification standards given by today’s academic circles,and puts forward the theoretical basis related to learning strategies.The third chapter is the design,implementation and evaluation of questionnaires,voice tests and interviews.Through the questionnaire,we investigated the Chinese phonetic learning strategy,the Chinese language learning motive,and the learning style.The fourth chapter analysis results of operational IBM SPSS Statistics 25 were analyzed.Firstly,we analyzed the overall use of phonetic learning strategies,the actual situation of use,and the differences in the use of learning strategies between high and low group learners,and then analyzed the related factors that affect the selection of Chinese phonetic learning strategies.The fifth chapter submitted a proposal of practicability to the education and the study of the future voice of students and teachers.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the research and reflects on the shortcomings.
