| As a famous linguist,Lu Zhiwei not only modified the Karlgren’s ancient sounds system by historical comparison method earlier,but also constructed a representative middle Chinese sounds system.At present,the academic circle’s attention to Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system is mainly focused on the discussion of a certain point of view,ignoring the overall observation and comprehensive study.This paper aims to fill this gap,summarize the research results of Lu’s study,and make an in-depth discussion on related research issues,so as to form a more accurate understanding and make an objective and fair academic evaluation of Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system.In addition to "introduction" and "conclusion",the paper is divided into three chapters.The life and works of Lu Zhiwei has been introduced in the "introduction" part.Through sorting and summarizing the research literature related to Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system,We have learned the different understandings of different scholars on the study of Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system,and further clarified the research direction of this paper.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the research objective and the research methods of this paper are introduced and explained.ChapterⅠaims to summarize Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system from a macro perspective,and has made an in-depth analysis of the research paradigm of"one center,two methods"(“一个中心,两种方法”)which Lu always insisted on,and discuss the materials and methods involved in Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system in this order.ChapterⅡand ChapterⅢcenter on the micro analysis of Lu’s middle Chinese sounds system.ChapterⅡfocuses on the initial system of Lu’s system.Combining the research results of other scholars,we discusses Lu Zhiwei’s five creative ideas,including the voiced initials(全浊声母),yodicization initials(喻化声母),Ying initial(影母),Chuan initial and Shan initial(船禅母),retroflex initials(卷舌声母).ChapterⅢsystematically analyzes the final system of Lu’s system,and discusses the problems of the medial-u(合口介音),Chongyun(重韵),Chongniu(重纽).The "conclusion" part summarizes Lu’s achievements in such aspects as research materials,research methods,and points out that Lu Zhiwei is cautious,enterprising and innovative.At the same time,we also discuss the significant research achievements on his middle Chinese sounds system.In general,Lu Zhiwei’s middle Chinese sounds system should not be ignored. |
