A Comparative Study Of Chinese Learning Websites Between China And The United States In The View Of Communication

Under the trend of online Chinese learning,a large number of Chinese learning websites have emerged at home and abroad.This paper focuses on the differences between Chinese and American Chinese learning websites in terms of communication content,communication audience and communication subject,and takes Confucius Institute Online and ChinesePod as examples to make a specific analysis.The three research questions of this paper are as follows:First,how different is the communication content between Chinese and American Chinese learning websites?In what specific aspects are the differences great?Second,will the differences in content spread between Chinese and American websites have an impact on audience satisfaction or audience stickiness?Third,how can Confucius Institute Online build a real,three-dimensional and comprehensive image of China and better disseminate Chinese culture and voice through the selection and construction of communication contents?Through the comparative analysis of the main communication content and the communication audience of the two websites,the research conclusions are as follows:first,the content of Chinese learning websites between China and the United States in terms of basic language knowledge is less different,but in terms of Chinese history,culture and national conditions as well as the communication content of Chinese test is more different;Second,these differences will have a certain impact on the satisfaction of the audience.The audience will decide whether to continue using the product according to their own needs and satisfaction.Thirdly,online Confucius Institutes can improve their communication ability by classifying the contents of communication and strengthening the top-level design of content.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the differences between Chinese and American Chinese learning websites under the influence of Chinese and Western values from the perspective of communication,take Chinese learning websites as a part of the construction of a strong foreign discourse system,and put forward relevant suggestions for its development based on this.
