A Study On Integrity Problem In Current China

The paper,taking the current Chinese good faith as the research object,based on the current social reality in our country,from the aspects of person and society,sets forth the present problems of credit,analysis the causes,and then put forward to solve the problems of credit,and to the construction of honest society.First of all,this paper holds that the etymology of the current Chinese thought of honesty is: honesty as the center of not deceiving oneself and not deceiving others,credit as the center of the word of honor and promise,"sincerity" and "faith" combination of the formation of the integrity of the moral cultivation and code of conduct.At the personal level,the basic connotation is: good faith is the moral quality of the unification of honesty and credit;Integrity is the integrity of the combination of justice and benefit;Honesty is the foundation of one’s life.In the social and national level,the basic connotation is: the good faith is the institutionalized good faith which ADAPTS to the socialist market economy;Good faith is the moral code of social public communication;Good faith is the basic principle to realize the function of the state.Current Chinese honesty is the traditional Chinese thought and western thought integrity,Marxist ideology and Chinization of Marxism thought integrity as the theoretical source,and the development of contemporary Chinese value both to the traditional Chinese view of integrity thoughts,inherit and carry forward,also to the western concept of integrity,scientific and cultural essence of reference in the position of Marxist concept of good faith,combined with the current era background in China,the formation of combined with China’s actual situation of the Chinization of Marxist concept of good faith.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of the lack of integrity in the process of China’s modernization,this paper puts forward the personal integrity problems and their causes.Integrity education marginalization;The ethical standard of good faith is divorced from reality and completely negates the integrity of traditional value.Second lies in the education aspect: the citizen’s legal consciousness is insufficient;Lack of benign instrumental rationality;Did not establish the good faith system under multiple games;People need the good faith for the law need to distinguish between morality and personal morals,the legal and moral boundaries,law not only maintain the people carry on others selfless dedication of the moral value,also want to ensure that people are not to violate the moral law bottom line based on the utility requirements for the lawful property and selfish as the core of the citizen’s legitimate rights and interests.Only by punishing crimes and protecting citizens’ legitimate rights and interests can the law achieve the internal unity from heteronomy to self-discipline.The first reason for the social integrity problem lies in the environment.The government lacks credibility;The credit crisis causes serious social problems.The second lies in the system: the rapid transformation of social transformation leads to the rapid economic development and spiritual civilization and the lag of the system;The punishment for dishonesty and its supervision are insufficient.At last,the author puts forward the countermeasures to the problem of honesty in China.First,the author puts forward the cultivation of honesty personality from the personal level.The cultivation of the concept of integrity needs to achieve the unity of rights and obligations from self-interest to others,and realize the free and comprehensive development of people.We will give full play to the exemplary role of ethics in conducting ethical education,carrying out ethical practices,and promoting ethical publicity with the help of the media,so as to enhance the concept of integrity and cultivate citizens’ moral integrity.Second,from the social level,it is proposed to build a strong credit field,establish a national credit investigation system,strengthen the credit law system,strengthen the government supervision and punishment mechanism,improve the social credit system,build a national credit mechanism,and finally realize the combination of the rule of law and the rule of law,leading the construction of social credit.
