| Objective To investigate the expressions of NF-кB and NLRP3 in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis and their correlation with clinical features of endometriosis. Methods Selection of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital department of Gynaecology between September 2020 and October 2022,the completion of the laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal of surgical treatment of endometriosis patients 120 cases as the experimental group peritoneal fluid, select the same time to complete laparoscopic surgical treatment of simple ovarian cysts or hysteromyoma patients 65 cases as control group peritoneal fluid. The expression of nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NF-кB)and nucleotide oligomerization domain-like Roll Receptor 3(NLRP3)in peritoneal fluid was Elisa by Elisa. In the meantime, the concentrations of NF-кB and NLRP3 in the peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis were correlated with the American fertility association revised standard staging(r-AFS),pathological classification, dysmenorrhea, visual analogue scale(Vas)pain scores and serum CA125 levels. To explore the relationship between NF-кB and NLRP 3 and the clinical characteristics of patients with dysplasia. Results 1.The concentration of NF-кB in the abdominal fluid of endometriosisl patients(371.90 ± 57.64)pg/m L was higher than the control group(333.55 ± 23.58)pg/m L,with a significant difference(t=3.148,P=0.003);2.The concentration of NLRP3 in the abdominal fluid of endometriosis patients(347.66±70.79)pg/m L was higher than the control group(298.01±40.66)pg/m L,with a statistically significant difference(t=3.075,P=0.004);3.A significant positive relationship was found between NF-кB and NLRP3 levels in the abdominal fluid of patients with endometriosis(r=0.488,P=0.01);4.Correlation analysis of NF-кB level in abdominal fluid of endometriosis patients and EMs:with clinical stage: mild(stage I and II)expression was significantly lower than severe(stage III and IV),Statistically significant difference(t=-3.373,P=0.003);with pathological classification: the ovarian type expression is lower than the mixed type,Statistically significant difference(t=-2.309,P=0.030);With the presence of dysmenorrhea: having levels of dysmenorrhea were significantly higher than that of no dysmenorrhea,Statistically significant difference(t=3.042,P=0.006);with pain level: between mild, moderate and severe(f=1.247,P=0.305);with CA125 level in serum: no significant statistical difference between negative and positive(t=-1.501,P=0.146).(P<0.05)5.Correlation analysis of NLRP3 levels in abdominal cavity fluid and clinical characteristics of EMs:with clinical stage: mild(stage I,II)expression was significantly lower than severe(stage III,IV),Statistically significant difference(t=-2.789,P=0.010);with pathological classification: the ovarian type expression is lower than the mixed type,Statistically significant difference(t=-3.030,P=0.006);With the presence of dysmenorrhea:having levels of dysmenorrhea were significantly higher than that of no dysmenorrhea,Statistically significant difference(t=3.140,P=0.005);with pain level: between mild, moderate and severe(f=1.485,P=0.246);CA125 level in serum: no significant statistical difference between negative and positive(t=-0.373,P=0.713).(P<0.05)Conclusion 1.NF-кB and NLRP3 were highly expressed in the abdominal fluid of patients, and significantly positively correlated;2.NF-кB and NLRP3 in the abdominal fluid of patients correlated with r-AFS stage, pathological classification, and presence of dysmenorrhea, and showed no correlation with pain degree and CA125 level in serum. |
