Objective: To analyze the correlation and predictive value of albumin/fibrinogen ratio and platelet/lymphocyte ratio in the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma, and to provide a prognostic method for clinical treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Methods : A retrospective study was conducted to analyze a total of 300 patients with renal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Urology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022.The statistical clinical data records included the general information of patients, such as gender, age, preoperative examination(liver and kidney function, fibrinogen,NLR,PLR,CAR,FAR,etc.)during the first diagnosis.Whether the patient was accompanied by clinical symptoms during the first visit, and the patient’s postoperative treatment and follow-up information. After collecting patient data with Excel, the data was imported into SPSS22.0 for statistical calculation and data analysis.Results:(1)In the laboratory examination,NLR2.75±0.78 in the control group and NLR3.43±1.06 in the observation group were compared, which showed statistical significance(T=0.917,P=0.021).FAR7.64±0.97 in the control group and 9.03±1.21 in the observation group were statistically significant(T=5.441,P=0.036).(2)The results of multivariate analysis in this experiment showed that NLR multivariate analysis showed statistical significance(P=0.041,95%CI: 2.55-3.95).FAR multivariate analysis showed statistical significance(P=0.026,95%CI: 6.58-9.83).Conclusions:(1)The ratio of albumin to fibrinogen is correlated with poor prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma;(2)Platelet/lymphocyte ratio is correlated with poor prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma;(3)NLR,PLR,C AR and FAR can be used for comprehensive evaluation, which has important clinical significance and clinical promotion value for the treatment and prediction of the prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma.
