| Objective:By studying patients with cystoid macular edema(cystoid macular edema,The concentration of endothelin-1(ET-1)and lipid carrier protein-2(LCN-2)in aqueous humor of CME patients with retinal vein occlusion(RVO)is related to central macular thickness.The correlation between CMT and RVO provides more theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Sixty cases(60 eyes)of ophthalmology patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from December 2021 to January 2023 were collected and included in the study,including 20 cases(20 eyes)of CRVO patients,who were set as experimental group A,and 20 cases(20 eyes)of BRVO patients,who were set as experimental group B.Twenty patients(20 eyes)with age-related cataract without fundus lesions were set as control group C.0.1ml aqueous humor sample was taken before vitreous cavity injection or cataract surgery,and the aqueous humor were stored in a-80℃refrigerator for testing.With double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA method)was detected in the aqueous humor and the concentration of LCN-2 ET-1,the use of optical coherence tomography(OCT)to measure the thickness of CMT.Results:According to this study,the concentration of ET-1 in aqueous humor in the three groups of samples is as follows:The comparison among the CRVO group(12.72±3.64pg/ml),BRVO group(8.04±2.36pg/ml)and white endodystroma group(2.01±0.94pg/ml)was statistically significant(P<0.05).The concentration of LCN-2 in aqueous humor is:The pin-wise comparison among CRVO group(251.09±22.62pg/ml),BRVO group(229.16±23.57pg/ml)and cataract group(210.72±19.25pg/ml)was statistically significant(P<0.05).The concentrations of ET-1 and LCN-2 in aqueous humor of CRVO group were positively correlated with CMT(P<0.05).The concentrations of ET-1 and LCN-2 in aqueous humor of BRVO group were positively correlated with CMT(P<0.05).Conclusions:The concentrations of ET-1 and LCN-2 in the aqueous fluid of patients with RVO are significantly increased,and their levels are correlated with the degree of macular edema.ET-1 and LCN-2 may play an important role in the dreaded complications of RVO,such as secondary macular edema,which may lead to blindness. |
