Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To observe the contralateral eye of patients with monocular retinal vein occlusion(RVO):1 retinal thickness:retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL),ganglion cell plexiform layer(GC-IPL),central macular thickness(CMT);2 microcirculation:perquadrant papilla, superficial macular area, deep blood flow density, and macular fovea no vascular area(FAZ)area. Methods:From August 2020 to March 2021,this study was included in the ophthalmology visit of the first affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. The medical history, physical examination and auxiliary examination included:fluorescein fundus angiography, fundus photography,OCT examination after the definite diagnosis of RVO patients with a single eye,A normal contralateral RVO group,61 eyes,Central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO)in 26 cases,35 cases of retinal branch vein occlusion(BRVO),And 61 eyes of normal volunteers in control group. All eyes were examined OCT vascular imaging,Using the instrument’s own software to automatically identify the 6 mm diameter area centered on macular fovea and the 4.5 mm diameter area centered FAZ、the disc Automatic measurement of superficial and deep macular blood flow density and FAZ area, periscopic blood flow density; All eyes were examined OCT,Automatic identification of optic disc and macular area nerve fiber area with instrument software,Automatic measurement of RNFL average and four quadrant thicknesses, mean GC-IPL thickness,IML-RPE thickness centric area in macular area.the superficial and deep blood flow density and FAZ area, optic disc blood flow density,RNFL mean thickness, mean GC-IPL thickness(μm),iml-rpe thickness centrosal were compared and analyzed in two groups. Results:RVO patients mean GC-IPL thickness is thinner than the control group;FD-300 than control group; The Whole Image,of the shallow retinal capillary density(SVC)in the macular areaFovea,ParaFovea and the Tempo、Nasal, for ParaFoveaThe blood flow density in the Tempo、Nasal region of PeriFovea and PeriFovea decreased significantly than that in the control group;Whole Image,of the deep retinal capillary density(DVC)in the macular areaFovea,ParaFovea and the Tempo、Superior, for ParaFoveaThe blood flow density in the Tempo、Inferio region of PeriFovea and PeriFovea decreased significantly than that in the control group;RVO was compared with the control group,The blood flow density in the Whole Image、Peripapillary、Inferior-Hemi、Nasal Superior、Nasal Inferior、Infeior Nasal、Infeior Tempo region was significantly lower than in the control group,Statis tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quantitative OCTA revealed the decrease of blood flow density and macular SVC、DVC in the contralateral optic disc area of RVO patients, and the decrease of blood flow density, quantification OCT revealed the thinning of the average GC-IPL thickness, suggesting that we can try to jointly detect multiple structures and multiple patterns to create a contralateral eye incidence prediction model for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
