At present, the incidence of mood disorders is increasing. It is very important to study how to improve the medication compliance of patients with mood disorders for their effective treatment and prognosis rehabilitation.Although some studies have shown that perceived social support and interpersonal self-efficacy are key factors affecting medication compliance of patients with mood disorders, previous studies have failed to explore the relationship between the three and the effect of psychological intervention. In this study, based on the systematic exploration of the relationship between the three,we developed a targeted group auxiliary program, implemented and verified the effect of intervention. This study mainly consists of two parts. In study 1,152 eligible subjects were recruited from mental health education centers of three universities and psychiatric outpatients of two hospitals in Wuhan.Data were collected by questionnaire method to explore the relationship among perceived social support, interpersonal self-efficacy and medication compliance among patients with mood disorders. In order to provide theoretical support for the intervention of interpersonal self-efficacy and medication compliance in patients with mood disorders.Study 2 is based on motivational interview theory and self-efficacy theory.According to the results of study 1,starting from the sub-dimensions of interpersonal self-efficacy,such as self-impression efficacy,self-worth and altruistic efficacy, and integrating group dynamic theory and social learning theory,a group psychological counseling program is designed for a total of 6 times, each 90 minutes. On the basis of study 1,a total of 24 volunteers from a university in Wuhan were selected to participate in the group. After interviews,20 volunteers were finally determined and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Measurements were made before and after the intervention to explore the overall intervention effect,in order to provide support for further intervention work, and provide reference for the intervention of the perception of social support and medication compliance of patients with mood disorders.Through the analysis of the research results, the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and medication compliance in mood disorder patients; The perceived social support was positively correlated with interpersonal self-efficacy.Interpersonal self-efficacy was positively correlated with medication compliance.(2)Interpersonal self-efficacy mediated the relationship between perceived social support and medication compliance in mood disorder patients;(3)Group counseling based on motivational interviewing can significantly improve the interpersonal self-efficacy and medication compliance of patients with mood disorders. The conclusion of this study has certain theoretical value for understanding the psychological mechanism of medication compliance in patients with mood disorders, and has certain practical guiding significance for psychological intervention to improve medication compliance in adolescents with mood disorders.
