Objective:Through retrospective data analysis of 128 patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, the objective is to further study the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, and provide reference for the prediction of curative effect and prognosis of such patients. Methods:From January 1,2018 to October 31,2021,128 patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer diagnosed by pathology in the Second Hospital of Jilin University were retrospectively analyzed.Contents include age, gender, intestinal tumor cell differentiation degree, primary focal areas, intestinal cancer, intestinal tumor infiltration depth of regional lymph node metastasis, liver metastases, the number of liver metastases of maximum diameter, liver metastases,CEA levels to begin with, the distribution of heterochrony hepatic metastasis, lung metastasis, bone metastasis, liver metastases resection, and for the patient follow-up investigation.IBM SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis application software was used to carry out statistical data processing for each sample data, and a total of 128 patients’ median survival time and 1-year,2-year,3-year survival rate were analyzed.Log-rank test and COX proportional risk model were used to study the single factor and multiple factors that were harmful to patient survival. The statistical results were statistically different with P<0.05.Results:(1)As of November 30,2021,among the 128 patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer,53 patients(41.4%)survived and 75 patients(58.6%)died,with the shortest survival period of 0 months and the longest survival period of 42 months.(2)Data analysis showed that the median survival time of 128 patients with liver metastasis of COLORECTAL cancer was about 19 months; The 1-year survival rate was 67.5%.The 2-year survival rate was 36.4%.The 3-year survival rate was about 23.0%.(3)the single factor analysis: the patient’s age, intestinal malignant tumor cell differentiation degree, the occurrence of metastasis to the regional lymph nodes, liver metastases, the number of liver metastases of maximum diameter,CEA levels to begin with, pulmonary metastasis, bone metastasis, nine kinds of factors such as whether the liver metastases resection,to influence the patient’s survival has statistical significance(P < 0.05).(4)Gender,primary site of intestinal tumor, infiltration depth of intestinal tumor, distribution of liver metastasis, and heterochronous liver metastasis had no effect on the survival of patients(P>0.05).(5)COX multivariate analysis: age of patients, degree of differentiation of intestinal malignant tumor cells, regional lymph node metastasis, maximum diameter of liver metastasis, lung metastasis and liver resection were independent prognostic factors affecting survival of patients.Conclusions:(1)Patients older than 60 one full year of life, the low degree of intestinal malignant tumor cell differentiation, and the occurrence of metastasis to the regional lymph nodes, liver metastases multiple(> 1),liver metastases of maximum diameter of 5 cm or more, both the CEA level is high, pulmonary metastasis, bone metastasis, and without liver metastases resection for patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer prognosis is bad.(2)Age of patients, degree of differentiation of intestinal malignant tumor cells, regional lymph node metastasis, maximum diameter of liver metastasis, lung metastasis, and whether or not liver resection was performed were independent risk factors for quality of life in patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.(3)Gender,primary site of intestinal tumor, depth of tumor invasion, distribution of liver metastases and heterochronous liver metastases were not associated with prognosis.
