Shiquandabu Decoction Combined With Moxibustion Therapy In The Treatment Of NSCLC Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type) Clinical Research

Purpose: This topic application of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with Moxibustion(Geshu,Sanyinjiao)after chemotherapy in the prevention and treatment of NSCLC bone marrow suppression(spleen and kidney deficiency type)clinical observation,to make clear its curative effect and after treatment in patients with chemotherapy induced bone marrow suppression(spleen and kidney deficiency type),prolong the survival time of patients and improve their quality of life.Method: This topic will be selected by 2015 March-December 2015,Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Department of oncology and hematology hospitalized NSCLC chemotherapy after I degree of bone marrow suppression of60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group were 30 cases,the parallel control test method.Shiquandabu decoction combined with moxibustion therapy(diaphragmatic Shenshu Point,Sanyinjiao(SP6)used in the treatment group and the control group were treated with Shiquandabu Decoction in the treatment of.The treatment group: Shiquandabu decoction,one dose daily,morning and evening to take.The moxibustion moxa moxibustion Geshu and Sanyinjiao two points,each point 3 strong,once a day.Method with 15 days,and respectively before treatment and at 1day,the seventh day of treatment.On the 15 th day of the blood routine test to monitor bone marrow suppression.Control group: Shiquandabu decoction,one dose daily,morning and evening to take.The course of treatment was 15 days,and on the 1 day before treatment,treatment for seventh days,fifteenth days of treatment with blood by monitoring assessmyelosuppression.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and KPS scores were compared between Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.By the relevant statistical software(SPSS.16.0)analysis,the effect of its objective evaluation.Result: In this study,60 patients were enrolled in the study group.Changes in blood: the treatment group of peripheral blood leukocyte and neutrophil count index was significantly better than the control group.TCM symptoms improvement: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%;the control group,the total effective rate was 66.67%,the treatment group was significantly improved in the improvement of traditional Chinesemedicine symptoms.Improvement of quality of life: according to the KPS score after treatment,the treatment group is better in improving the functional status of the human body.Conclusion:1,through the application of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with Moxibustion(Geshu,Sanyinjiao)method of treatment,can significantly improve the chemotherapy after myelosuppression of hemogram and improve clinical symptoms.The advantage of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the 2 not only decreased bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,but also improve the quality of life for patients and in reducing the recurrence and metastasis of tumor.In addition,this therapy has significant curative effect,the research value and development prospects.
