Therapeutic Effect Analysis Of The Kangfuxin Liquid Combined With Probiotics In The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori-positive Gastric Ulcer

Objective:The aim of this paper is to assess the efficacy of kangfuxin liquid combined with probiotics in treating Helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcers,as well as to observe the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,healing of ulcer surface,the curative effect of clinical symptoms,and the incidence of adverse effects in patients.Method: 90 patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer meeting the requirements in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from September 2021 to October 2022 were chosen and are randomized to control group and observation group.The control group was treated with bismuth potassium citrate,rabeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin.While the observation group was treated with kangfuxin liquid instead of bismuth,and saccharomyces boulardii was added.After 2weeks of eradication treatment,rabeprazole was continued for 2 weeks in both groups.Four weeks after the end of treatment,the eradication rate of H.pylori,the healing of ulcerative surface,the efficacy of clinical symptoms,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results: After treatment,the observation group and the control group were compared: 1.According to ITT analysis,the H.pylori eradication rate of two groups was 75.56%(34/45)and 77.78%(35/45).According to PP analysis,the H.pylori eradication rate of two groups was 80.95%(34/42)and 85.37%(35/41),respectively.There are significant difference between two groups(χ~2=0.062、0.288,P>0.05).2.Total effective rate of ulcer healing were 95.24%(40/42)and 78.05%(32/41),respectively.There are significant difference between two groups(χ~2=5.332,P<0.05).3.The total symptom score was markedly reduced in both groups after treatment when compared to before treatment(t=12.831、12.044,P<0.05).Moreover,the total symptom score of the test group was obviously less than that of the control after treatment(t=-2.476,P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the two groups were 95.24%(40/42)and 73.17%(30/41),respectively.There are significant difference between two groups(χ~2=7.648,P<0.05).5.The two groups’ adverse effects were 7.14%(3/42)and 26.83%(11/41),respectively.There are significant difference between two groups(χ~2=5.734,P<0.05).Conclusion: Although the kangfuxin liquid combined with probiotics does not significantly enhance the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,it can still promote the healing of ulcer surface,effectively reduce clinical symptoms,and minimize adverse effects.
