Research On Professor Liu Guangzhen’s Academic Thought And Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Membranous Nephropathy

Objective : To explore the tutor’s academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of membranous nephropathy,turn it into visual knowledge,learn and inherit the experience of mentors.Methods : 1.Trace the learning process and scientific research experience of the supervisor on the medical road,and trace the academic ideological origin of the supervisor in the treatment of membranous nephropathy;2.Sorted out and studied the academic papers,books published by Professor Liu Guangzhen,related media reports,academic lectures,scientific research conducted or participated in,award-winning patents,new drugs and preparations developed by Professor Liu Guangzhen,and condensed his academic thoughts on the treatment of membranous nephropathy;3.Summarize and analyze a large number of clinical cases,search for the rules of syndrome differentiation and medication,and summarize the clinical experience of the supervisor in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Results:1.The academic origins of Professor Liu Guangzhen’s treatment of membranous nephropathy are as follows:(1)Strengthen the foundation by discussing literature;(2)Read the classics closely and feel the content of the classics;(3)studied under famous doctors and had a history of learning;(4)A large number of clinical syndrome,learning experience is abundant;(5)good at thinking,form true knowledge;(6)Attach equal importance to China and the West;(7)Diligent in scientific research and skilled in innovation.2.Professor Liu Guangzhen’s academic thoughts on the treatment of membranous nephropathy mainly include:(1)based on the theory of evil substance,the emphasis is on dispelling dampness and promoting blood circulation:(1)removing dampness and giving dampness "way out" : obstructing water and dampness,obstructing dampness and dampness,and dampness-heat poisoning syndrome,respectively treating water and dampness infiltration method,clearing heat and removing dampness and detoxification;(2)Promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis in the whole process: it can be divided into the syndrome of heat obstructing blood stasis in the early stage,the syndrome of blood stasis obstructing kidney collages in the middle stage,and the syndrome of kidney micro-syndromes in the late stage,which can be treated by cooling blood dispersing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and clearing collaterals and Removing blood stasis and eliminating disease.(2)From the five viscera,pay attention to the viscera transmission:kidney and spleen treatment,kidney and liver treatment,kidney and lung treatment,kidney heart treatment;(3)pay attention to nursing,taking into account the lung and spleen:(1)Tonify qi and strengthening defense,prevent evil invasion;(2)Take care of the spleen and stomach,enrich the middle continent.3.Professor Liu Guangzhen’s clinical experience in the treatment of membranous nephropathy was divided into three parts:(1)Experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment: excessive accumulation of water and dampness;Damp-heat connotation,poison fire inside blazing syndrome;Dampness-heat obstructing the kidney collaterals syndrome;Dampness-heat stasis,microscopic kidney syndrome;Dampness-stasis mutual obstruction,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome;Vein stasis,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome;Lung Qi deficiency,Wei is not solid syndrome;Heart and kidney deficiency,Yin and Yang imbalance syndrome;(2)Clinical drug use experience: clinical good at "grasping the main disease";Pay attention to Yiwei solid table;Take care of the spleen and stomach;Co-treatment of liver and kidney;Pay attention to the use of insect drugs;Add or subtract with the certificate;(3)Combining Chinese and Western healing experience: strengths and weaknesses of Western medical treatment;strengths and weaknesses of TCM treatment.Conclusion:Most doctors believe that membranous nephropathy is based on spleen and kidney deficiency.Through a large number of clinical practice verification over the years,Professor Liu Guangzhen believes that the disease is more real and less deficiency,so the theory should be based on pathogenic substances,mainly to remove dampness and promote blood circulation.This study started from the source of dampness stasis and carried out in-depth research and treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation.In this paper,Professor Liu Guangzhen’s academic origin,academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of membranous nephropathy are summarized into a complete academic thought system,combining theory with practice,practicability and innovation for clinical reference.
