In order to establish an information system based on the new version of the national interconnection standard and realize data sharing or business collaboration,it is necessary for medical institutions to have a unified identity mechanism in personal identity.This work is the basic task of building a smart hospital.Due to the diversity of card issuers,patients may have multiple medical and health-related electronic vouchers,such as medical insurance cards and social security cards.When establishing personal health records,the same patient with multiple cards will be identified as multiple individuals in the system,and accurate personal health record information cannot be established.For the above reasons,the identity matching between historical patients and newly admitted patients is the primary issue in the field of medical electronic medical record content sharing,and plays a vital role in building data sharing between medical information systems.Although the IHE technical framework,PIX matching algorithm,and patient identity RIM model have been introduced in more detail in the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and some high-level hospitals have also initially built the EMPI system,there is still a research gap in putting the system into application and optimizing the core algorithm and model according to the actual situation.This thesis makes a horizontal comparison and analysis of the IHE PIX integration standard and the current common patient master index construction scheme.Based on the content of the interconnection standard and the practical experience of historical rating,this thesis puts forward the specific construction scheme of constructing EMPI system based on the new version of the standard to solve the problem of patient card information association.With the author’s understanding of the evolution,current situation and trend of the domestic medical information industry and quantitative test experiments,this thesis improves the data cleaning method.The identity card information is proposed as the core parameter of patient identification,and the matching algorithm scheme with contact person,contact address and passport number as the only characteristic parameters is proposed.The algorithm and system implementation process are optimized.The optimized EMPI system obtains a standard data set through preliminary data cleaning,and then filters with unique feature information.Finally,the patient identity matching is achieved through the similarity evaluation algorithm to achieve the merger and positioning of similar patients.By scientifically creating the patient master index and using the EMPI system to associate and merge the patient information,the unique identity can be locked for the patient,so that the identity information can be shared between heterogeneous systems,which lays an important foundation for breaking the data island between heterogeneous medical information systems,and provides more high-quality and comprehensive medical services for the people.
