| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sihuang bolus in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids,to analyze its clinical efficacy on postoperative trauma pain, trauma edge edema, trauma bleeding and secretion of mixed hemorrhoids, and to statistically analyze the trauma healing time,as well as to observe the adverse reactions during treatment and to evaluate its safety,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Sihuang bolus in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids and further promotion. Methods: One hundred and twelve patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December2022 who were intended to undergo external peeling and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids under lumbar acupoint anesthesia were randomly divided into 56 cases in the control group and 56 cases in the treatment group, and the treatment group was given Sihuang suppositories on the basis of conventional treatment, and the control group was given Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoid suppositories on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment course was 14 days. The pain, edema, bleeding and exudation scores of patients in the two groups were observed before(the first postoperative day),on the 3rd,7th and 14 th postoperative days, respectively, and the time of wound healing was also counted,as well as the presence or absence of anal stenosis and secondary bleeding at the follow-up visit on the 30 th postoperative day,and the efficacy was evaluated and statistically analyzed to draw conclusions.Results:1.112 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected during the study period,3 cases were detached and 1 case was excluded, and 108 cases meeting the criteria were finally included,54 cases each in the treatment and control groups.2.General data: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender, age, and number of incisions(P > 0.05).3.Pain level score: There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group for intergroup comparison at 1 day postoperatively(P >0.05),indicating that the pain levels of the two groups were comparable;the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group for comparison between the two groups at 3,7 and 14 days postoperatively(P < 0.05),indicating that the pain relief effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. When the two groups were compared within groups, there was a significant reduction in the scores of the treatment group at different time periods compared with the previous comparison(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the scores of the control group at 3 days postoperatively and 1 day postoperatively(P >0.05),after which there was a significant reduction in the scores at different time periods compared with the previous comparison(P < 0.05).4.edema degree score: the treatment group and the control group were compared between the two groups, and there was no significant reduction in the edema score between the two groups on postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 3,with no statistical difference(P > 0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group when compared between the two groups on postoperative days 7 and 14(P <0.05).The two groups were compared within groups, and both groups had no difference in edema scores at 3 days postoperative compared with 1 day postoperative(P > 0.05),and the edema scores were reduced at 7 days postoperative compared with3 days postoperative and 14 days postoperative compared with 7 days postoperative(P < 0.05).5.Bleeding scores: when the treatment and control groups were compared between the two groups, there was no significant difference in the bleeding scores between the two groups on postoperative day 1(P > 0.05);when the two groups were compared on postoperative days 3,7 and 14,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).When the two groups were compared within groups, there was a significant decrease in both groups at 3 days postoperative compared to 1 day postoperative,7 days postoperative compared to 3 days postoperative, and 14 days postoperative compared to 7 days postoperative, respectively(P < 0.05).6.Exudate scores: the treatment and control groups were compared between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in the exudate scores between the two groups on postoperative day 1(P > 0.05);the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on postoperative days 3,7 and 14(P < 0.05).In the intra-group comparison between the two groups, there was a significant decrease in the ooze score in both groups at 3 days postoperatively compared with 1 day postoperatively,7 days postoperatively compared with 3 days postoperatively, and 14 days postoperatively compared with 7 days postoperatively(P < 0.05),with a more significant decrease in the ooze score in the treatment group.7.Wound healing time: The mean wound healing time in the treatment group was(20.81±2.45)days and that in the control group was(25.65±3.07)days,which was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of Sihuang bolus in promoting wound recovery and shortening healing time was better than that of Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoid bolus.8.Efficacy evaluation: At 14 days after surgery, the total effective rate of Sihuang bolus was 98.1%;the total effective rate of Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoid suppository was 87.1%,and the statistical analysis of P < 0.05 indicated that the clinical effect of Sihuang bolus was better than that of Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoid suppository in improving the common postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.9.Safety evaluation: After the course of treatment, there were no adverse reactions related to the trial in both the treatment and control groups, and all the basic indexes and physiological indexes were in the normal range before and after the treatment without any abnormality. Conclusion: Compared with Ma Yinglong Musk Piles Suppository,Sihuang Suppository can more effectively reduce postoperative wound pain and edema, reduce postoperative bleeding and oozing, and shorten the wound healing time, and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the clinical application. |
