Objective:This topic mainly observed and analyzed the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on postoperative residual numbnes patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy through clinical case observation, and provided a new method to treat the numbness after cervical radiculopathy surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients selected in this study were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction, and the control group was treated with acupuncture. Before and after treatment, the numbness degree of patients was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale and cotton quantitative sensory examination. At the same time, the SF-36 scale was used to evaluate the patients’ quality of life before treatment and 2 months after treatment.Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylotic symptom scale score was evaluated clinical efficacy.Results:1.The general data(age, gender, course of disease and surgical segment)and all observed measures before treatment between the treatment group and the control group are no statistical significance.2.The numbness VAS scores of both groups after treatment and 2 months after treatment were decreased compared with before treatment,P<0.05;In the treatment group, the numbness VAS score decreased significantly after treatment and at follow-up,P<0.05.3.After treatment and 2 months after treatment, the results of cotton swab quantitative sensory examination were improved compared with before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment and 2 months after treatment, the improvement of cotton swab quantitative sensory examination results in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.At 2 months after treatment, the PCS score and MCS score of both groups were improved compared with before treatment, and P<0.05.At 2 months after treatment, there was a large difference in PCS score improvement between the two groups,P<0.05.5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction had better clinical effect on the treatment of residual numbness of the limbs after cervical spine surgery than acupuncture. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of postoperative residual numbness symptoms of CSR,which can effectively improve postoperative residual numbness symptoms, promote postoperative neurological function recovery, and improve patients’ quality of life.
