Effects Of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined With Buyang Huanwu Decoction On Recovery For Spinal Cord Function Of Postoperative Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Huangqi Guizhi wuwu Decoction combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Recovery for spinal cord Function of postoperative Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and rejection criteria of postoperative qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome for spinal cervical spondylosis,screening and collecting patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019.Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF)or Anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion(ACCF)for treatment,postoperative TCM syndrome differentiation for qi deficiency There were 40 patients with blood stasis syndrome,including 24 males and 16 females,which were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely the treatment group(Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction + 20 cases).The group(basic treatment + surgery 20 cases),the treatment group continued oral Chinese medicine for 7 days for a course of treatment,each treatment interval of 3 days,lasting 6 courses.The JOA scores of the two groups were observed before and after surgery(before oral administration),1 week,4 weeks,and 3 months after operation.The patients in the two groups were observed before and after surgery.Changes in somatosensory evoked potentials in the limbs(before oral administration),4 weeks after surgery,and 3 months after surgery;the differences in intramedullary MRI T2 WI high signal intensity ratios between the two groups before and 3 months after surgery;The overall efficacy evaluation of the two groups was performed at the third month after surgery.The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.The clinical efficacy of cervical anterior cervical spine surgery was compared between the two groups.Results:1.Differences in gender,age,duration of disease,Operative segment,operation time,surgical procedure,intraoperative blood loss,preoperative and postoperative 2-day JOA scores,and limb somatosensory evoked potentials were compared.No statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.2.JOA scores: The JOA scores were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the two groups before and after surgery,1 week after surgery,4 weeks after surgery,and 3 months after surgery.There was no significant difference in the 1-week JOA score(P>0.05),and the comparison between the 4th and 3rd postoperative groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant.3.Detection of somatosensory evoked potentials in the extremities: The N20 latency of the median nerve and the P40 latency of the phrenic nerve were compared between the two groups before and after 4 weeks and 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the preoperative and postoperative 4 weeks of N20 latency and radial nerve P40 latency(P>0.05).Significance(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in preoperative intramedullary MRI T2 WI high signal intensity ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).The intramedullary MRI T2 WI high signal intensity ratio was compared between the two groups before and after surgery.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Both groups were effective after treatment(the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%).The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Oral chinese medicine Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively promote the recovery of spinal cord function after spinal cord type cervical spondylosis and improve the curative effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
