A Study On The Path Of High Quality Development Of Health Service In China From The Perspective Of Marx’s Risk Theory

With the transformation of the major conflict of the Chinese society,people’s demand for the high-quality development of health service has become more and more prominent.How to promote the high-quality development of health service has become the academic focus.Most scholars focus on the improvement of the basic medical and public health services and put forward many valuable suggestions.but relatively few research results based on Marx’s risk theory.Marx paid great attention to the problem of risk in his criticism of capital logic.He placed the problem of risk under the discussion of the duality of human practice,people’s free and all-round development,materialist dialectics and historical materialism,the capital logic and Its Sublation,world history and other issues,showing clear theory traits and finding the fundamental method to solve the problem of risk.Contemporary,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a series of creative ideas on the basis of inheritance of Marx’s theory of risk,especially the judgment of “people’s health is the foundation of national security”and the construction of a community of human health,which are the guidelines of dissolving the health service risks and promoting high-quality development of China’s health service.Based on this,in order to lay a theoretical foundation which is proper,this paper bases on Marx’s theory of risk,combs Marx’s theory of risk when he critiqued capital logic,summarizes the Xi Jinping’s contemporary development of Marx’s theory of risk.Then,this paper discusses the inevitability of the high-quality development of health service in China from the realistic background and the advantages of high-quality development.On the basis of analyzing the dilemma of the high-quality development of health service in China from multiple angles,this paper finds out the various risk factors behind it,and combines economic and social development in China nowadays,to promote the development of health care quality in our country,then gives some suggestions on how to promote the high-quality development of health service.
