Spatial-temporal Distribution And Influencing Factors Of Health Resources In Fuzhou

Health resources refer to resources that occupy a certain space and improve people’s physical and mental health by providing environment and services to residents.As one of the basic resources for building a healthy city,health resources not only directly affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of residents,but also relate to the harmonious and healthy development of the city,so it has gradually become a research hotspot for scholars in various fields.In the existing studies,most of the research on health resources are single medical resources and green space resources.However,there is less research on other resources that can affect residents’ daily health level,and less research on integrated health resources.In view of this,this paper constructs a classification system of health resources on the basis of combing the concept of health resources.From the perspective of overall and classification,this paper studies the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics and influencing factors of health resources in Fuzhou.It can not only enrich the research perspective of health resources,understand the development status and evolution trend of regional health resources,but also provide reference for the spatial optimization of health resources in Fuzhou.Based on the AMAP,this paper crawls a total of 16,637 health resource POI data in the urban area of Fuzhou in 2013,2017 and 2021 as the research object.Firstly,circle layer statistical analysis method,Lorentz curve and concentration index,Kernel Density Estimation,Nearest Neighbor Index,Standard Deviational Ellipse,Nearest Neighbor Hierarchical Clustering were used to compare and analyze the distribution profile,circle layer distribution,density characteristics and spatial agglomeration of the overall and classified health resources.Secondly,the index data of the spatial pattern of health resources are obtained from statistical data,POI data and GIS vectorized map data.Geographical detectors are used to interpret the factors affecting the spatial differentiation of overall and classified health resources in Fuzhou,and the formation mechanism of the spatial distribution pattern of health resources in Fuzhou is summarized from the four dimensions of dominance,driving,inducing and regulating.The study mainly concluded the following:(1)The number of health resources in Fuzhou continued to grow between 2013 and 2021,of which the increase in 2013-2017 was more obvious,and the number of health resources increased more significantly.Traditional health resources still dominate the health resources in Fuzhou,but the number of new health resources is gradually increasing.The types of health resources are gradually enriched,among which the importance of health care resources has gradually become prominent,and the composition mode of health resources is gradually changed to the function of "health security" mainly,supplemented by "leisure" and "health protection".(2)The spatial distribution of health resources in Fuzhou is uneven.As a whole,it is a spatial distribution pattern of central agglomeration and peripheral dispersion,and presents a continuous diffusion trend of "Second Ring Road,Third Ring Road and outer suburb".In terms of agglomeration characteristics,different types of health resources are different.Between 2013 and 2021,the agglomeration of overall health resources,public medical care resources and commercial health care resources first increased and then weakened,while commercial medical care resources and public health care resources gradually increased.The agglomeration direction is basically the same as the urban development direction of Fuzhou,which is in a southeast-northwest direction,and gradually develops to the east and west.In terms of agglomeration form,the agglomeration situation of various types of health resources is different,but on the whole,it shows a trend of agglomeration along traffic trunk lines,commercial streets or commercial centers,and residential areas.In addition,public health care resources also show the agglomeration characteristics distributed along sports centers,parks,and universities.(3)Among the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of health resources in Fuzhou,population factors and traffic levels are the leading factors in the formation of spatial distribution patterns,location factors and regional economic level are the driving factors,natural factors and public service level are the inducing factors,and government behavior and some emergencies that are difficult to quantify are the regulating factors.The interaction of various influencing factors finally formed the spatial distribution pattern of health resources in Fuzhou.
