| Objective:By analyzing the clinical data of premature infants with necrotizing enterocolitis(Necrotizing Enterocolitis,NEC)from 2020 to 2021,explore the risk and protective factors of necrotizing enterocolitis, improve the early warning of suspicious cases, give appropriate preventive measures for suspicious cases as early as possible, reduce the incidence of NEC,severe NEC and mortality rate, improve the survival rate and improve the quality of life.Method:A retrospective case-control study method was used to collect 90 cases of premature infants diagnosed with NEC of neonatal intensive medicine(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU)and Shanxi Province during 2020.1.1-2021.12.31 with the same gestational age(1week)at 1:1 ratio was collected, and the general situation and clinical data of newborns and mothers of two groups were collected.Statistical analysis using SPSS22.0,normally distributed measurement data using t test,x~2test for count data,Logistic regression analysis for multivariate data, test levelα=0.05.After analyzing the clinical factors of NEC children in the hospital, the risk factors and protective factors of NEC in premature infants in the medical environment of the hospital were obtained.Result:1.The statistical analysis of all clinical factors by x~2test suggested that the P values of IVF,twin twins, blood transfusion, history of oral probiotics, neonatal anemia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, electrolyte disorder, neonatal pneumonia, neonatal sepsis, cesarean section, maternal prenatal steroids, and antibiotic alone were<0.05.2.The results of Logistic regression analysis by multivariate biclassification suggested that the P values of neonatal anemia, electrolyte disorder, neonatal pneumonia, and cesarean section were<0.05.3.According to the results of Logistic regression analysis suggested that neonatal anemia, electrolyte disorders, and neonatal pneumonia are risk factors for NEC in premature infants, and maternal prenatal steroids are protective factors.Conclusion:1.Anemia,electrolyte disturbances, pneumonia, and cesarean section are indepe ndent risk factors for NEC in preterm infants.2.Maternal antenatal steroid use is a protective factor for NEC in preterm infa nts and reduces the risk of NEC in preterm infants. |
