Objective: to compare the delivery outcome of pregnant women with personalized weight management during pregnancy and without weight management,so as to provide more theoretical basis and feasible suggestions for nutritional guidance and weight management. Methods: a total of 805 parturients who were examined and delivered in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region from January 2021 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the mode of weight management,388 parturients without weight management and their offspring were selected as the control group.417 pregnant women and their offspring who underwent personalized weight management during pregnancy were selected as the observation group. The incidences of qualified weight management, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, gestational anemia, premature delivery, macrosomia and small gestational age infants were compared between the two groups.SPSS22.0statistical software was used to analyze.Results:1.The qualified condition of weight management during pregnancy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference in age and birth interval(Interpregnancyinterval,IPI)between the two groups.2.The incidences of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational anemia, cesarean section and preterm delivery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.3.The birth weight of newborns in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of macrosomia and small gestational age infants in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis showed that weight gain during pregnancy and body mass index before pregnancy had an impact on the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and macrosomia;body mass index before pregnancy had an impact on the incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy;hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy would increase the incidence of parturient less than gestational age infants.5.ROC curve analysis showed that pre-pregnancy body mass index had diagnostic significance for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, while the extent of weight gain during pregnancy and pre-pregnancy body mass index had diagnostic significance for pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and delivery of macrosomia.6.The results of linear analysis showed that weight gain during pregnancy and body mass index before pregnancy had significant linear effects on the birth weight of parturient newborns. Conclusion: body mass index before pregnancy and weight gain during pregnancy have different effects on the delivery outcome of parturients.Weight management during pregnancy can improve the adverse delivery outcome of parturients, including gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, gestational anemia, cesarean section, premature delivery, macrosomia and small gestational age infants, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was not statistically significant.
