Objective:According to the IOM recommended gestational weight gain of pregnant wome n increased scope and task group preliminary studies recommended pregnancy weig ht gain appropriate range.To explore the effect of pre-pregnancy body mass index a nd pregnancy weight gain on delivery mode,birth weight and pregnancy complicati ons,the effects of two reference standards on delivery mode,birth weight and preg nancy complications were compared.Get a reference guide for Chinese pregnant wo men.To provide reasonable guidance for pregnant women during pregnancy weight management,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the natural delivery rate and achieve the perfect birth outcomes.Methods:Choose 2014,2015,two years in the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical Un iversity,obstetrics and gynecology ward in hospital delivery and delivery of a healt hy,full-term singleton,less than 35 years of age.A retrospective study was carried out to exclude pregnant women with premature delivery,premature pregnancy,multi ple pregnancy,pelvic stenosis and fetal malformation.The information included age,gestational age,height,pre-pregnancy weight,prenatal weight,birth weight,delivery mode,blood pressure,blood glucose and other parameters.Part 1:According to the 2009 American Academy of Medical Sciences pregnant women during pregnancy weight growth guidelines recommended grouping:(1)on the basis of pre pregnancy body mass index,the study subjects were divided into BMI group,compared with the pre-pregnancy BMI normal group,pre-pregnancy BMI large group;(2)selectingpre-pregnancy BMI pregnant women with normal pregnancy weight,according to the added value,the study subjects were divided into groups,lack of weight gain during pregnancy weight gain during pregnancy,pregnancy by suitable group excessive weight group.The three group of natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,neonatal birth w eight,gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension disease of the three groups were statistical pre-pregnancy BMI and weight gain during pregnancy,pre-pregnancy B MI influence analysis on the mode of delivery and the birth weight of newborns.Part 2:According to the group's previous research recommended for pregnant women i n the appropriate range of weight gain.The research object and grouping method a re the same as the first part.Part 3:Comparison of the reference to the United States IOM recommended and reco mmended by the group of pregnant women delivery,neonatal birth weight,gestation al diabetes,gestational hypertension disease.Results:1.Reference IOM recommendation:(1).Grouped according to pre-pregnancy BMI,a,b,c groups of cesarean section pregnancy with BMI growth has increased,the rate of cesarean section in c group compared with a group,b group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the proportion of macrosomia in c group compared with a group,b group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),a group and b group the incidence of PIH,the rate of GDM were lower than group c,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2).BMI is 18.5-24.9kg/m2 before pregnancy of pregnant women,according to the recommended growth in total weight group,1 group,2 group,the incidence of cesarean section were compared between the 3 groups,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the proportion of 3 macrosomia group than the 1 group,2group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The pathogenesis of PIH,3groups of GDM were 1 and 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Reference research group recommended:(1).Grouped according to pre-pregnancy BMI,A group,B group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that of C group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),A group and macrosomia group B incidence rate was lower than that of C group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),C group the incidence of PIH,the rate of GDM were higher than group A and B group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2).BMI is 18.5-23.9kg/m2 before pregnancy of pregnant women,according to the recommended growth in total weight group,III group cesarean section rate than that of group I and II group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the proportion of macrosomia group than group I and II group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the incidence of group III rengaozheng and GDM were higher than group I and II group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Refer to the IOM recommended by the United States and the reference group of pre study group of pregnant women in pregnancy outcomes and neonatal birth weight compared to the situation,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).
