| Objective:The purpose of this study is to understand the attitude of service demanders ’Internet + Nursing Service’’ in Gannan area,analyze the factors affecting the service demand side use willingness,and put forward Suggestions,for medical institutions to carry out and promote the "Internet + Nursing Service" provide reference,better make hospital quality nursing through "Internet + Nursing Service" extends to the family,expand the nursing services,meet the people’s demand for high quality nursing services.Methods:Based on the UTAUT model and sentiment analysis results,the willingness questionnaire was designed and the convenience sampling method was adopted.From May to August 2022,inpatients and gold nurse APP of a Grade A hospital in Ganzhou city were selected as the research objects for investigation,A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed by hospitalized patients,364 valid questionnaires were collected;A total of 462 questionnaires were issued by the Gold Nurse APP,and384 valid questionnaires were collected.Study data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.Statistical methods include: general descriptive statistics,rank-sum test,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression.Results:(1)More than half(67.31%)of the inpatients did not know "Internet + Nursing Service",the main channel was medical staff notification(25%),and the willingness to use was 4.0(3.33,4.0).(2)Among the users of the gold Nurse APP,only 31(8.07%)did not know about "Internet + Nursing Service".The main channel was medical staff notification(78.12%),and the willingness to use it was 5.0(4.0～5.0).(3)The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the willingness of inpatients to use "Internet + Nursing Service" was related to their performance expectancy,facilitating conditions,and trust,of which 56.3% of the influencing factors could be explained.The willingness of users to use the "Internet + Nursing Service" under the gold Nurse APP is related to their effort expectancy,facilitating conditions,social influence and trust,among which 79.0% of the influencing factors can be explained.Conclusion:(1)The people in Gannan area have different levels of awareness of "Internet +Nursing Service",but they all show a high degree of support for the development.Trust and facilitating conditions can affect the use intention of "Internet + Nursing Service" of inpatients and gold medal nurses.In addition,the use intention of inpatients is also affected by performance expectancy,and the use intention of gold medal nurses is also affected by effort expectancy and social influence.(2)Suggestions from increasing propaganda,develop products suitable for old age,strengthen nursing team training,increase service supply build "Internet +Nursing Service" risk management system,improve service demand side of "Internet+ Nursing Service" performance expectancy,effort expectancy,trust,so as to improve the use intention,better let hospital quality nursing through "Internet + Nursing Service" extends to the family,expand the nursing services,meet people’s demand for high quality nursing services. |
